87 did you switch up the carrier oil on the test E my batch I got yesterday has a nice yellow tint to it and the others were clear just wondering either way extremely grateful you are back ON.

How much bac water do I add to vial of retatrutide
5 mg .5ml bac, 10mg 1ml bac, 20mg 2ml bac and so on for Reta. That way every 10 units is 1mg. So if you want 2mg a week starting you’d run 20units or .2ml a week.
They have peptide calculators out there to make the math easy.
The amount of water you add to any peptide is a personal preference. I like to add as much as fits in that small bottle which is 3cc. Some people only put 1cc, Its up to you .

2.5-5mg daily should be enough. Not good to over do it and become dependent on it plus back pain and leg cramps are a thing while you get use to it. I did 2.5mg eod for a few weeks then went to daily. Then after a month I started taking 5mg EOD and that’s all really need to be honest. Anything more and I get sides like headaches, back aches, leg cramps. Pt-141 works for libido and so does MT2 I’ve read. Simply taking 50mg of zinc and 10,000-20,000IU of D3 with K2 in it daily works wonders for a good erection. 100% Beetroot juice or a good supplement helps as well. L-citruline and L-arginine helps a lot too. All good for bp as well and a good pump in the gym. Watch out for too much grape seed extract as it can lower estrogen too much in many at 150mg a day.
Mt2 really does works great, but it also makes me look like I’ve been fake baking to the extreme even in the middle of winter.
