The tendon in my shoulder is a tad flared and irritated. Avoiding some movements Until I get a kit to inject in the actual area , i’ll start with that and see how it goes but yea the fun stuffs…
Bummer man. Let me know how the bpc does. I have worn out shoulders and elbows (getting old) and the pain is overwhelming sometimes. So I'm very interested in bpc as well.

I did an x-ray even though it’s not showing tendons and ligaments.. I just did that to see kind of where I’m at
Even though I knew it’s the ligament ,you can feel it few things it might be … so either the Tendon is inflamed or micro tear like tendinopathy just overload on it ..not a tear just inflamed/ irritated.
Now : the other option is
Subracrominal impingement ,
it’s simple basically the tendon gets pinched under the acromion ..
Common with all lifters, you know the story like what is not lol ..
&if pain has returned ,it didn’t fully healed that’s where I’m at after 2weeks… you definitely don’t want that I won’t be ““ working around it now anymore..
Did more research of what’s the acromion . And the different shapes.
Type 1is flat, usually the least problem
Type 2 is curved. I know that’s what she said.
That one is like moderate at risk
Type 3 is hooked that’s a high risk of impingement..
So people with that shape genetically ,may have more of that issue anyways… curiosity I called my x-ray tech. They said no you’re between 1-2

So to simplify……from my understanding, the tendon that sits under the rotator cuff slide under the acromion , which you could see those bones on your side x-ray, and if there’s irritation between that space ,the tendon gets pinched. sounds painful. Even after working out ,don’t think I have that, but who knows …
So that’s called shoulder impingement

Type 3 Hooked Have a higher risk of shoulder impingement not my case , also not that it matters today. Injuries comes in all forms and shapes..
at the end of the day ,all these issues all come from heavy lifting, you could be lifting concrete bags and be in the same boat.
Now, in terms of your worn out shoulders, elbows as you mentioned , probably not the tendon…cause you wouldn’t be able to move much things.
But I’m trying also to understand the pain of overwhelming sometimes you are experiencing?
