In the email received it says “ It is important after sending BTC, sending me an e-mail, new and old customers”. It feels implied, I guess for me, that there would be a response to said sent email. I would change up the verbiage to avoid any confusion.

Didn’t you speak to Key yesterday? What was the issue? I’m asking because I just ordered for the first time from this source. Ordered 3 days ago, paid early yesterday morning, and my order still says processing. For an order to take 2 weeks when paying $30 for shipping seems not right in my mind. I’m hoping for the best though
