Didn’t you speak to Key yesterday? What was the issue? I’m asking because I just ordered for the first time from this source. Ordered 3 days ago, paid early yesterday morning, and my order still says processing. For an order to take 2 weeks when paying $30 for shipping seems not right in my mind. I’m hoping for the best though
I messaged him like he requested, haven’t heard back yet. I appreciate him being proactive, but I’m not sure what he can do. The tracking is still on the starting page and hasn’t had any scans. If it was really shipped on 01/06 like they said, there isn’t much they can do from their end.
I agree with you on the $30 shipping. Their FAQ says it’s $30 because it’s priority 2-3 day shipping. I’ve been using USROIDS for a while so I want to be clear I’m not disparaging Key, but the shipping could def use some improvement.
Update: He went ahead and re-shipped, which I appreciate. He is quick about fixing things.

Payment sent on 01/01, still no package on 01/13 so I contacted support who said it was sent on 01/06 but has had no updates in the system and I will have to wait a full month of no updates in order to get a re-ship.

First post plz don’t smite me. Ordered 12/3 received 12/9. Solid communication, surprised I actually got payment verification when asked. Received tracking number as soon as label printed. Keytech even informed me that the local pony express facility doesn’t like to scan items in and it would when it hits the next destination. It did exactly that. Smooth payment, shipping, and customer service, and pricing. Haven’t tried any of the gear yet as I still have supply but will come back to update. Already got a few buddies putting in orders. So far I’d order again.
At this point we might as well keep a running casualties/headcount for the year.
Every time someone ignores the rules and posts packaging, order numbers or shipping details, add another tick. It doesn’t make you helpful, it puts the source and everyone ordering at risk.
