When removing the plastic cap, firmly hold the aluminum ring with your hands. The top part of the cap may be difficult to remove on some caps. We do not manufacture the caps or the glass vials, so please proceed with caution if you encounter any difficulties.
Yes this happened to me on my last blue top Test E. Luckily there was only about 1ml left. But it slid right off.
The metal sometimes will bend all the way back too.

Yes, many times with this source. The latest batches I've received all have flimsy tops like that. I bought a 10ml vial crimper to seal the top. The newer batches I've received have had cheaper labels as well. The person crimping these needs to do a better job. It just looks lazy. Good news is that It's an easy fix with the crimper tool.
I agree. One thing I have observed with this source is the labeling is very poorly put on. I know the label don't matter but I know if I was running the show I would wanna take pride in my products. Idk maybe it's just me. But I have also observed that this source is good quality I will say that as well

I feel the same way you do. There's no issue with the products quality. Gear is legit. The whole production just looks lazy to me. Labels are all crooked and tops falling off is a serious quality control issue. Tops falling off ruins an entire bottle. As I said, I crimped them so it's not really an issue and more of a hassle. However, this is an issue that needs to be addressed. It's not a good look

Me too bro my entire order is fucked up all the caps aren’t crimped properly, as soon as I flip the cap it came off. Crooked labels, stoppers and caps not being put on properly. I agree seems like quality control is a big issue here
It's very frustrating. I know you shouldn't have to but you can buy a 10ml vial crimper on Amazon for $35 and u can clamp them tight just like they should be. It's a better alternative than losing even one bottle. Fyi. I placed 4 orders recently. 3 out of 4 have had all loose tops. I've had to fix over 100 vials
