You know that we ship many orders every month and we don't get many reviews; only 0.1% of customers leave a valid review, most don't leave reviews or don't know how to do it correctly.
They’re still valid reviews. When someone orders from you there’s a promise to get them their product and also get it to them within a week. You’re clearly unable to do either. But a promise is a promise!

I'd use 3. That way every 1 mL = 10mg. So if you want to take 5mg, that's 50mL (50 Units).
That's a descent amount to push in, so I would split the dose or location.
If you do 2mL, then you gotta do more math cause 5mg = 33mL.
