So I placed my first order and 1 of 2 of my orders came in, the other one has been sitting in the same spot a with no update on the tracker. I contacted customer service and they gave me a partial refund. I’m not sure if anyone’s dealt with this before and how it went for them. I did send an email yesterday days ago, but I haven’t a gotten a response for the partial refund. I want to place another order with another warehouse.
How long did the item sit in one spot on tracking before they did something? I currently am in the same situation. And why did you only get a partial refund? They advertise a complete re-ship policy?
It’s been sitting there since November 26, they ended up giving me a full refund. Just got the confirmation earlier today. I was concerned at first, but they came through.
I see everyone posting great reviews about shipping speed. Do I just have bad luck or are my expectations out of whack. I posted an international order that shipped 32 days ago. It's been stuck in the same status since December 11th. So since this was taking longer than expected i placed a smaller domestic order which has been waiting for carrier for a week now.
