+ 5 Test E, DHB, Inj Adrol Bulk (current progress, nutrition, training, etc)

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

26, 173 Ibs, 5'11", 8% BF.
Goals: Increase muscle mass as much as possible, stay relatively lean and minimize bloat/water retention.
Cycle: 500 Test E, 300 DHB, .5ml (25mg) Injectable Anadrol Preworkout on Training Days
Timeline: Cruised on TRT (Test E) @ 150mg/wk until Cycle Start 25 AUG
25 AUG: Increased Test E to 375mg/Wk, Introduced DHB 300mg/Wk, Inj Adrol 25mg PWO
01 OCT: Increased Test E to 500mg/Wk, DHB and Adrol stayed the same

Thinking of switching it up as I know I'm getting near the end of how long one typically runs Anadrol for. I enjoy the DHB. PIP was bad until I began running under hot water prior to pinning. Also, I think this is a decent sized cycle, but I really want to push it. Looking to run this bulk/cycle at least 20-24 weeks. Currently have no sides besides minor anxiety and mood swings mitigated by Selank here and there. E2 at 39 which is considered high but it is where I feel best. Any input would be appreciated!

I have a coach, but honestly I feel like I am wasting this cycle with the amount of food he has me on. Started Cycle AUG 25 at 167 Ibs, very low BF %. Currently 173, 8% BF (Bodpod done to confirm). I want to push the food, push the training, and push the gear and I feel like I am not where I should be this long into cycle. Again, any input would be appreciated.

You gained size in your chest and legs. Eating is probably the hardest part.

Yes you're lean. Adding mass means upping the carbs and getting towards 10%. Especially at given stats. There's no lean bulkers. There's lost opportunities!

Im no cycle pro, it looks good to me except I know adrol can ruin an appetite so I hear.
I would throw in some healthy fats like 6 eggs and some hash brown potato. Let loose a little bit there. You are sub 200 and habe some room to play.
Not sure what type of lifting you practice, but I would suggest some 6-8 rep max outs on compounds followed by some higher 10 to 12 rep sets. Need a Lil bit more beef my guy.
Looking shredded for sure though, keep up the dedication!!

Honestly I kept seeing that when I was researching adrol, and never ran into that besides the first two days of using it. I’ve also kept it at 25mg of injectable which “supposedly” is less toxic but I’ll know when I get labs done here shortly. I agree with what you said about the food. I had a coach previously when I started this cycle, but I switched from him because it got to the point I was doing my own macros and training and getting nothing from him in those areas and on check ins and bloodwork. New coach has me on this much food to see how my body reacts but past 3 check ins I’ve said I need more food. I feel like I’m wasting a blast rn. I am trying my best to be patient and not jump the gun because he’s got the credentials, but I feel like I’m between a rock and a hard place.

Just follow your gut. If you're hungry, eat. Your body is telling you what to do.

I just upped the test a few weeks ago, haven’t gone past 500 ever. Which, judging from where I’m at currently and the fact that I feel better on higher e2, and that I get almost no sides, might be a clear sign that I’m a low responder and can/should up test. But I’m still learning more every day, hence how I ended up here. I like Mast alot, that’s not a bad idea. And I want to eat more! I’ve always had trouble eating enough but honestly with the amount of food I’ve been eating I think of food all day every day and have to drink diet soda to curb the hunger enough until my next meal, which I feel like should be the fucking opposite in a growing phase hence my frustration with this coach… I understand he wants to see how my body reacts as I switched to him a few weeks ago because my old coach I was essentially just paying and getting no feedback or info from. Sorry I typed so much. Thanks for the response!! I appreciate your input, and will do!
