Coming to the end of a fairly decent '25 bulk. Was targeting 24 weeks, but I think my body has had enough, shutting it down a little early. Feel good enough, have tried to keep cardio as high possible, 15-20 HiiT 3x week, 30-40 SS 3x week. Been shooting for ~4150 calories a day.

Running 650mg Test E, 450mg NPP for 24 weeks. 35mg anadrol for the last 6 weeks

Starting weight: 187

Current Weight: 215

Goal ending weight: 225

After I'll be going back to just TRT at 150mg

just have to be careful with the Anadrol six weeks might be a lot for it . If it wouldn’t kill your appetite, ??I’d say proceed as you can, but I personally wouldn’t do more than 21-30 days.

Definitely a……..LONG cycle even though I do like the NPP, which is clean old school nothing crazy

I’d recommend you get a few things

Chanca Piedra Swanson cheap 10 bucks .. that’s for kidneys and liver support is good to flush the system. you could also get it in liquid drops. It’s called blue ORGANIX.. I do it every 3rd day on cycle only yes

It’s good for the urinary track help specially guys that are on TREN that would definitely be a must
Kidneys, you know we only have one set it . Look at Frank McGrath is battling from a bird defect and is in constant pain every day .. so we gotta be grateful every day so at least if we abused things, we can try to take the necessary supplements and precautions that might help potential future damage right ?

It will help you flush the excess toxins as well , that were accumulated during the day the fucking garbage outside the plastic everywhere in the water and all the shit in the food and chemicals in the air

Let alone being on cycle…
It helps fight inflammation, which can occur inside, but yet we never know right cause we can’t see our organs, obviously nature of things….
But is also good to lower your blood, glucose level, , especially if you ate something high in sugar or carbs late night and like I said you could even take it twice a week liquid form. My opinion is the best that will do the job!

The other thing I think you should take that should be in your supplement is CoQ10 that’s gonna be good to maintain a good heart, health function and blood pressure and is going also give your body to produce more energy it helps and promotes cellular energy production from within.

It supports your immune function overall it will keep your heart healthy and of course your endurance which cardiovascular is where it’s at today and I would absolutely recommend you to do every day 20 minutes of cardio no matter what you can do ..stair master that’s what I do, you could do HIT you could do Spin an elliptical or whatever any fkni thing 20 minutes a day easy….. like we were kids back in the day and we ran and did bicycle on the train tracks….and moved all day. Same thing today. Sometimes it could be the little things I’ll go out to the grocery or to a store. I’ll park my car at the very end or the opposite direction just so I can walk actually another 10 mins

and I really believe anybody that’s playing with gear should take CoQ10 for life even a 300 mg a day will do

Last but not least. lol long rant here ,but I’m not going to bombard you here with too much:)

I would take Hawthorne Berry
Same here Swanson very cheap. 1 a day 565 MG caps … It’s really a small investment. That is good overall to reduce your LDL obviously the bad cholesterol. It’s basically antioxidant as it’s a berry so it’s high in flavonoids …And of course it’s good for blood circulation and many other benefits same here. I truly believe that anybody that’s playing with gear should take this every day.
It may also help the arteries for any plaque buildup..

Another thing I would do being on cycle, squeeze a full lemon every morning and put a tablespoon of liquid chlorophyll in a big 16 ounce of water after your breakfast or prior either or you could also add a tablespoon of Blackseed oil inside. and if you’re brave enough a tablespoon of oregano oil.

Last, but not least another supplement you can order for cheap Saw Palmetto will help you
Now , with such of a long cycle. Your prostate might feel different. The function of it specially at night. I will give you a support and may help with future enlargement. And basically inhibits your DHT it also has anti-inflammatory effect. My dad is always saying one beer day is good for that lol.

There’s a lot of things that comes with the price in this sports. If we can call it that
at the end of the day

, you can’t expect driving a hellcat and not putting synthetic oil or premium gas in it to enhance the motor and make it perform longer faster and stronger
