Ordered December 6th and paid on the 6th, Order received 12/22/25. Will be putting another order in soon! I'll leave a review once I run everything.

I received my order today—placed on Dec 6, got the wallet info and paid Dec 7, heard absolutely nothing until voila! Package at my door. Turns out I had visibility on this through informed delivery going back to last week but I thought it was something else. Everything accounted for, packed well, and overall looks solid. So while I would have liked at least a payment received note of some kind, I’m otherwise impressed. I’ll write a review once I’ve had time to enjoy the products and it will probably end with the now-common “if you can handle waiting in silence, this source is awesome.”
And what about the rest of us that has been waiting since November 6??
Just to give everyone some hope, I had the same sort of issue. I sent messages on here and emails just trying to confirm if payment was received. I did get a reply on TG but it took a couple of days and me messaging asking for another update. I waited a few weeks and began to message again and had to send order number and name a couple of times and he did get me the tracking. I think they are just going through a rough patch. The gear has always been awesome (more so the GH for me) however, I do feel it’s a risk to order right now. I don’t think it’s a thing where key is trying to scam but rather just a lot going on trying to find and keep raws and keep up with influx of orders. There are 25% of the number of domestic sources that were here a year or two ago. Also seem to be a lot more users ordering now.
If you aren’t prepared to wait and understand your pack may fall through the cracks during this time I would not order. I do believe they will take care of customers but it will take time.
OhyeabudTomorrow is two weeks since payment and nothing. No funds received email, no tracking, no pack. Used this source for a few years now and it’s always been top notch don’t know what the issue is lately
If I had to guess, a lot of folks like myself have used local sources until they recently dried up and in turn have started sourcing online. I imagine the surge in orders probably put a huge strain on the suppliers and interrupted what had probably been a very streamlined and efficient process. Again, I am very new to the online sourcing side of things so I could be talking nonsense.
What's the opinion on members who have been here a while on using this source? Lotta the newer complaints seem from fake accounts? Opinions please
Ranger3252You couldn’t pay me to order from this source again. The complaints are real, so many unfilled orders from November still. Yet he started taking new orders which are taking three weeks on most is absurd. He should have never started taking orders until all unfulfilled orders were fulfilled.
I was about to pull the trigger, but after reading reviews and your comment I guess I’ll just wait for my normal guy to get shit back in. I know everyone is struggling, but not taking care of customers is no bueno.

A reason to make it up is sabotage the integrity of the company, make them suffer financially. I wish our healthcare workers had more common sense but that's another topic for discussion lol. Doesn’t matter what the hell you think. Facts are facts, and if you took the time to look around you will see none of us are making things up. I have PM messages to prove it. Low karma doesn’t mean shit. Many of them are also new comers. You can choose to live in your delusion, but anyone with eyes and a brain can see what’s going on. If you had to wait almost 8 weeks for an order I’m sure you would be singing a difft tune.

I’m not sure what else to do to get in contact with this source. I’ve emailed and private messaged multiple times. I placed my order in early November and sent payment on 11/11. The only response I received was a PM on 12/8, stating the order would be mailed out the next day, but I still haven’t received anything.
I’m signed up for Informed Delivery and nothing is showing as in transit. I’ve also attempted to reach out via Telegram. I’ve never had this issue with any other source, and I’ve actually ordered from them once before, shipping took a little while, but it did arrive. I’m not sure what has changed this time.
Does anyone know another way to resolve this or get in touch?
