Smooth experience from start to finish. Ordered Ciamed (tadalafil) and Eclomed (enclomiphene) from Deus Chem. Website is easy to navigate, ordering process straightforward, and everything arrived as expected. Would order again.

They talk a big game about “warehouses” and “logistics partners” as if they are some big company like Amazon but really it’s probably just a few people working from their garage who are clearly running an exit scheme.

+ 1Overall experience from shopping to paying to the product has been flawless so far. Ordered some T3 and CIalis, given that they are much cheaper than from elsewhere, theyve been having a stock issue with injectables, so didn't get the chance to try.
T3 works as desired and expected. Usually take 25 mcg as a maintenance health dose during winter but if in a well fed state could bump it up to 37,5 where effects lean more androgenic+sympathetic and can be depleting if nutrition isnt dialed. So what youd expect from T3
Ciamed 5mg, nice pump, morning wood stronger, what youd expect from cialis.
Didnt need to contact them as from payment to shipping it took 9 days to central EU. Note that this was my experience and your experience could likely differ given the reviews consistently criticizing shipping times and customer service. But I am guessing this is for Non EU
Pack was actually opened by customs which has been a first for me in a long time for EU to EU parcels, but pills were concealed discreetly.
Overall satisfied, however, given the constant criticism of shipping and customer service, it feels like Russian roulette shopping here. But my experience has been pleasant across 2 orders so far.
And...my 2nd order, this time from Deus, also arrived. This one was a bit faster than the first. So 2/2 orders received, all good in the end.
Good quality, as good as pharma grade would say.
I also got compensation for the delay in this case, just like before.
Delivery is slow now, hopefully it gets back to how it uses to be, but the packaging is stealth and my orders never got confiscated.

I paid for my order on January 2. According to the seller, it was marked as shipped on January 13. As of today, after more than seven weeks, the order has not been delivered and the situation remains unresolved.
According to the tracking number provided by the company itself, the parcel has never reached the first courier or postal company since January 13. There is no scan or confirmation showing that the package was physically handed over at any point.
After reviewing multiple independent platforms and forums, it is clear that this is not an isolated case. Many customers report the same issue: orders marked as shipped but never reaching the courier. Some report that a second shipment eventually arrives months later, making it effectively useless.
What is most concerning is the lack of control and transparency. For over a week, I have been waiting for clarification from the warehouse. The company has confirmed by email that they have no more tracking information than the same tracking number they originally sent me.
Additionally, there is a clear lack of accountability. Public threads show that the company is aware of this ongoing issue, yet they continue accepting new orders. Despite the fact that my package was never physically dispatched, they refuse to resend it immediately, insist on waiting until February 27, and categorically refuse a refund. Their website states that refunds are issued if an order is not shipped, but in practice this does not appear to be the case. The only response I receive is repeated requests to wait.
This situation is unacceptable. I sincerely hope it will be resolved effectively and without further delay. Until it is properly resolved, I will continue to report this situation through appropriate public channels. Once resolved, I will of course update all my comments accordingly.
I have ordered with DeusChem for the 3rd time during the BF promotion, from the Astera warehouse. Wanted to try some exotic compounds such as Mibolerone or YK-11 while also getting some basic ones such as Test, Tamoxifen or HCG. Although I got my order a bit late (mid January), I am very satisfied with the order and with the products.
So far I have tried them all except for Mibolerone (waiting on CoA) and Tamoxifen (haven't started PCT yet) and the products do what they are supposed to do. Quality is on point.
CX provided me compensation due to the delay, but other than that nothing much. However I can't complaint.
Stealth packaging, just what you would expect. No complaints, job we'll done.

I paid for my order via bank transfer on January 2, for a total amount of 565.60 €.
According to the seller, the order was shipped on January 13, 11 days after payment.
However, more than 44 days after payment, the order has not been delivered, and the seller has failed to provide any verifiable proof that the package was handed over to or accepted by the shipping company.
According to the information shown under the tracking number provided, the first courier company has not physically received the package, which indicates that the shipment was not delivered to or accepted by the carrier.
Despite requesting clear explanations, the seller has not provided:
-Documented confirmation that the parcel was delivered to the carrier
-Proof of acceptance or rejection by the logistics company
-A realistic delivery timeline
The responses received have consisted solely of generic statements, without any documentation demonstrating that the shipment was actually completed.
Due to the lack of delivery and proof of shipment, I formally requested a full refund of the amount paid (565.60 €) several days ago and again today. As of today, the issue remains unresolved.
I have placed orders with this company in the past without any issues, and I would very much like this to be the case again. However, something appears to have gone wrong on this occasion, which makes it difficult to continue trusting the company. I hope this is not the case and that they can still offer a proper resolution so that I may rewrite this review accordingly.

Got the tracking instantly, but has been stuck on 'EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSING', which means they did only register the package but not send it yet.
Communication is useless, nothing conclusive only dismissive, copy-pasted, generic responses. They even stopped responding all together, altough that might be because of the holiday backlog.
Used to love this source, but it seems like they burned this bridge now. Service is horrendous and i have simply been scammed.

What Happened:
Payment processed early October and "tracking number" provided. Tracking shows ONLY "Info Received" status which means label printed but package never given to postal carrier. 40+ days later still no movement, no actual shipment. Multiple emails sent but vendor only provides excuses about "logistics delays" and "sorting facilities." Reality is package was never shipped - label was created for appearance only.
Vendor Response:
Refuses refund despite product never entering shipping system. Claims package is "moving through logistics" but tracking proves otherwise. Provides contradictory explanations. Zero concrete resolution or timeline offered.
The Problem:
"Info Received" status for 6+ weeks means the shipping label exists but package was NEVER handed to the carrier. Any legitimate shipment shows acceptance within 1-7 days. This is a ghost shipment. After 2.5 years of reliability and significant business, this source kept my €250 and provided nothing. If it can happen after 19 successful orders, it can happen to anyone.

Overall, I can recommend DeusChem as a reliable source – good communication, safe shipping, and quality products.
Products were legit and exactly what I ordered.
Their customer service was also very quick and responsive – any questions I had were solved right away.
Came in stealth packaging, no issues with delivery at all.

+ 2Terrible experience with DeusChem – avoid.
I placed my order on 28th May through their website, which clearly stated dispatch in 1–2 days and a 5–10 day delivery time. On June 2nd, I let them know I was leaving the country on June 13th and needed the parcel before then.
Before it was shipped, I asked for a refund. They refused and claimed it had already been sent out. This was false – tracking shows it was only shipped on June 9th, a full week later.
In total, they took 12 days to even package/ship the order.
Throughout the process, their support was vague, evasive, and never gave me straight answers about when my order would actually ship. Here’s the full timeline:
• 28 May – Order paid and confirmed
• 3 June – Told tracking would become available “this week”
• 9 June – Tracking finally provided (actual ship date)
• 18 June – Attempted delivery (I had already left the country)
After the failed delivery, DeusChem said they’d resend it. I kept following up and showing them the tracking that clearly showed the parcel going back to sender. They just kept repeating the same useless line that they’d “ask the warehouse for an update.”
It’s now 17 July, a full month after the failed delivery, and all I get is the same canned response. Last contact was 14 July and still no resolution. No reship. No refund. No accountability.
Bottom line – they’re a drop shipping company pretending to be legit, and their support is garbage. I don’t recommend anyone use them.

Vague and evasive. For an entire month their response has been “We’ll ask our warehouse for an update and let you know”
They took 12 days to package and ship my order.
Delivery then took 9 days in which there was a failed attempted delivery (because I left the country, as already advised weeks before).
Avoid. There’s way more transparent sources that actually ship in 1-2 days and resolve any issues.
These guys are dropshippers.

-1Ordering from Deus has once again been a smooth and solid experience. From communication to delivery and product quality, everything has felt professional. You don’t feel like you’re dealing with some sketchy operation
I’ve been running Anavar and Primobolan from Deus, and both are absolutely on point. The Anavar hits exactly as expected – clean strength, better endurance, and muscle hardness without bloat. The Primobolan is also top-notch: subtle but effective, especially in terms of lean gains, improved recovery, and a general “well-being” effect that’s hard to explain until you’ve felt it.
Anavar gives me that clean, dry drive in the gym, while Primo adds a more stable, steady background – almost like cruise-mode with benefits. Libido is normal to slightly elevated – nothing extreme.
No aggression or mood swings – actually the opposite. I feel calm.

I ordered Enclo, Clen, Ostarine and Arimidex last month, and wow, the shipping was lightning-fast again—got my stuff in just 5-6 days (to Germany!) after payment is confirmed. Seriously, I was blown away. Everything about the experience, from ordering to using the products, was smooth, legit, and just awesome. No complaints here!
I’ve been taking these in addition to previous enclo and arimadex, the difference is felt easily. My energy and focus—both in the gym and in daily life—are on another level. I’ve got this drive, motivation, and even a slight “I’m-the-boss” kind of edge (but in a good way, not the annoying kind). Honestly, I’m feeling much more confident in life and my depression feeling decreased even futher
My mood has been stable, but there’s definitely this confidence and assertiveness that’s new.
I’m also eating more, and it feels like I’m fueling my body the right way.
Just one negative side, the package came damaged this time. Not the fault of deuschem, but part of the package was squashed resulting in two boxes of products (one enclo and one ostarine) getting mostly crashed (the tablets broke the seals and/or were broken into bits). Unfortunately deuschem did not offer reshipping or refund but instead gave me reward points for future purchases. Honestly, this is not their fault, clearly this is a risk we take. Also, they were very kind and always replied to my messages. Hence, I will keep buying from them in the future
I can very directly tell, they really care about their customer and provide amazing customer support which is really unexpected for the supplement/medication industry.
Ordered multiple boxes of eclo/arimadex/ostarine/clen, and all came with QR codes and seals that I verified. Everything checked out—it’s all 100% legit and works exactly as advertised.
Amazing customer service, always got responses to my messages (no ghosting). Even though my package was damaged, they tried to help find a solution. Even though they stated they cannot reship it, they still provided me with reward points as a solution.

My order arrived on time, in discreet packaging, and more than half the packages were in a good condition. Two boxes had a lot of pills crushed/pop and the other boxes had issues in 1-2 pills, but that was totally on the delivery company, not DeusChem.
Overall, shipping time and packaging was very good.
Even though I am a little sad about the damage in my delivery, I still appreciate DeusChem trying to provide a solution that is acceptable by both sides. In this industry, I would say DeusChem really shines and is the best
