+ 1 1st cycle in a long time - bulk post glp1 weight-loss
6' , 190lbs, 17% bf, 42yo
Hey guys, just trying to make sure I am on the right track here. I have been lurking for a while then finally made an account and dipped back in to this world. I got really fat during a stressful time of my job/training. I got all the way up to 270 lbs. Started mounjoro and got all the way down to 180. I realized though that I was very skinny fat. Now squarely in my mid life crisis decided to get some muscle back on this frame.
I previously ran a test deca dbol cycle in my 20s and got pretty big. I have run a few other cycles throughout the years. This time wanted to go back to the tried and true. Hoping for some help from you guys to make sure I make changes that will benefit me and keep me safe. My labs are posted in the pics as i just completed 4 weeks and am about to drop the dbol. I will post photos of myself later.
Currently 210lbs my hume scale says I'm 16% bf now.
Update 12/21- now 218 scale says 15.4% bf just finished my dbol. I did notice I started getting itchy nips this last week so I started aremidex 0.5mg every 3 days. Set to get another round of blood work in a couple weeks. Also have noticed more wrist/hand swelling so I lowered my dose of GH to 5 then to 4 to see if that alleviates it. Still strong AF right now. Very happy with my progress.

You guys think there is any benefit to running Var at the end for 4 weeks to harden up? Was trying to decide between 16 weeks and 20 weeks for total cycle length. Then cruising into next cycle.
No symptoms as of yet. I have AI and caber on hand just in case. As far as differences from my 20s, I got terrible acne before and insomnia. This time I seem to be handling the gear much better. I am also pinning more often than I did then. Overall I am feeling great. We will see how the next 4 weeks goes then another set of labs. Hoping to keep tightening up which seems to have started happening around week 3. First week was definitely all water retention.

Do you notice the sides being any better or worse with the age difference between the cycles in your 20s
Do you have any AI's on hand. That E2 looks a little high. You have any Gyno symptoms going on? Water retention in the legs, nips feeling sore or itchy?

Maybe, but it's definitely at the highest of the range you would ever want. Like 45 is more reasonable. Definitely gonna get water retention at that level. Which if you don't care, then you don't care.
Seems fine to me as well especially with his prolactin mostly in check.
