Same boat as you my order was supposedly shipped out last weekend have not received tracking nor has it popped up on my informed delivery. Reached out to his support they responded asked for my info and never got back to me just left me on read, reached out to john on here crickets as well. About to make it 6 weeks since payment.
And just as I expected john opens up shop with tons of people missing there shit still.
