I have sent messages to the 10 different emails or DM’s he has put out. No response no products and arrived and at this point I think he is full of shit. Opens back up saying every old order has shipped but then says if your order # was not on the list to DM him. Yet again nothing in return and from the comments many haven’t received products or responses. Definitely not a way to handle your business.
bro i see this happening to people here and there and i cant for the life of mt figure out how! i get rapid responses and i agree the shipping needs to be addressed and possibly more people hired (i would totally move to help with logistics JOHN!) to fix it? but all in all im never in the dark with this company and have donated thousands to help support their research lol. hate to see this though bro, but i promise youre in good hands and he will make it right. try not to sweat it!

Okay my apologies and looking forward to the products arriving. My frustration level was through the roof due to being scammed by a few others sites. That is why I only done a smaller order for my first one. I appreciate you making things right.
The main problem is explaining to new people that we are not scammers, the old ones already know us, but unfortunately data loss problems or other issues can happen, now solved, go and explain it to +20k customers

Did you have to ask for payment confirmation? Usually never have to as that’s his way of saying it’ll ship within 48 hours or whatever. Curious if shipping is still delayed a tad or are we back on normal schedule
I didn’t really ask. I just sent in the payment info to make sure it was the correct wallet and he confirmed. There was a mix up of which email we were supposed to receive payment info from but everything is back to normal now. I don’t think shipping is delayed anymore but I’d like to know the answer to that one also. I’m ready to run this GH asap lol. I have informed delivery but not sure if the tracking is from USR or some other place I’ve ordered from.
If things are working the same.. then you’ll get a payment confirmation when it’s gonna ship. Back when it was a 14 day turnaround I’d get payment confirmation after about 7-8 days

A lot of times people won’t get confirmation unless you directly reach out and verify. The website prob won’t ever update also. But if you sent it to the correct wallet with the correct amount it’s guaranteed it was received. It doesn’t hurt to reach out for the piece of mind.
