This is on 150mg a week split 50mg M/W/F labs drawn on Friday morning before I pinned. The labs were for my urologist and she didn't order free test, E2, LH, or SHBG the only thing she wants to see are total test and CBC and lipid panel. I'm pretty happy with the results it's right in line with the numbers I would have on pharma test.

Nice results. You might want to consider getting those labs yourself.
The more you know about how your body is responding, the better.
I'll be getting my own labs soon, I was just waiting to do labs for my urologist. She is taking over my prescription from an online clinic and wanted to get a baseline on my current dose to see if it need adjusted. Once I get the go-ahead to stay at my current dose I'll do my own labs to make sure everything else is in check to see if I'm good to go for a winter bulk.
