-1I run it for 30 days. Starting 3 iu x 2 times daily. pre workout and then evening. Pre workout should be careful because if you do not eat enough carbs you will get hypo and tired. The workout pumps are best. You see muscles fulling so quickly. I gained 7 kilos in one month and i got some fat. I was running it for full bulk so fat did not worry me.
Totally pharmaceutical and it was easy to get from pharmacy.
hungry if you do not eat enough carbs. there should be enough carbs pre and during workout.
I used this fast acting insulin for some time.
