Curious …how are you planning to run that MENT? What’s the setup you’re pairing it with?
I currently am on a bulk am running test cyp, 650, mast 400, npp 370, gh 7 ius. All are from key but the mast. Got my bloods done after 9 weeks and my estrogen was at 56 WITHOUT any ai. My bloods were actually better on cycle than on trt. Everything’s in check and almost perfect. I’m shooting for 20 week bulk so that said after week 10 I’m going to drop npp and mast then add in DHB and ment and a little bold cyp for estrogen management with .25 arimidex weekly. Test is going to drop to 400, DHB at 350, ment at 105 and bold cyp at 250 all per week split into daily injections. Never ran ment before but am curious to see how my body reacts to it. Any insight from anyone would be greatly appreciated !
What sort of results are you getting in the gym, on the scale, and in the mirror? What’s you testosterone numbers look like? You mentioned e2 but not your free and total test.
In the gym I went from doing working sets of 10-12 with 315 on the squat to sets of 10 with 365. 3-4 working sets. All my presses went up. Went from repping 100s on incline bench for 10 to repping 120s for sets of 8-10. Shoulder presses went from only hitting 4 with 225 to hitting sets of 8 reps for 3 sets. Gained about an inch in arm size. Waist went from 32 to 32.75. Body fat was gained but minimal. Still have visible abs. Test levels from labcorp are >1500, still waiting on free test results. I got bloods last week. I am very in tune with diet, training and nutrition. No dirty bulk. 3500 clean calories. Carb cycling 2 high days, 4 medium days 1 low day. Staying insulin sensitive this whole time.
A little back story about myself - I was a 280lb 5’8” lineman growing up. Always in the gym but never really had the mindset I gained over the past few years to get into shape. I then lost 100lbs naturally before I started using PEDs about 10 years ago and did 2 bodybuilding shows. I met a bad news chick and became an alcholic 7 years ago, totally lost everything I built gained weight back and got up to 290 at heaviest during covid. Got sober 2 years ago (November 24) hit it hard naturally for a few months and got back into great shape. Got down to 187 in September with trt dosing and I was probably around 12-14% body fat, although my coach thought it was lower. I have a little bit of lose skin that easily holds water when something is slightly off. That’s when I started this bulk and upped the PEDS. So basically I went through two total body transformations in my life losing over 200lbs total lol.

Brother man… first of all, jumping from 187 to 209 in 10 weeks with clean bloods and no AI? That’s insane progress. John’s gear is clearly doing exactly what it should.
Now, about the next phase…
Dropping NPP + Mast and swapping in DHB + Ment + a bit of Bold Cyp with lower Test actually makes perfect sense … I mean you know ment is a different best … just keep in mind:
Ment is no joke.
It’s a love-or-hate compound, and it hits way harder than NPP or Tren mg for mg. 105mg/week is a very reasonable starting point, but keep an eye on:
BP, prolactin, mood, appetite (Ment can make you eat the whole fridge)
Test at 400 + DHB at 350 is a beautiful base.
(I’m on Test, DHB, Mast, and NPP right now myself, loving it.)
DHB will keep you dry, tight, hard, and strong… and it pairs perfectly with Ment’s fullness.
Bold Cyp at 250mg/week is smart as hell.
It’ll help with E2 stability, appetite, and RBC support.
Bold will raise RBC, but at 250mg/week most guys stay totally fine … some unlucky ones spike fast, but generally this dose is mild.
Adex .25/week is fine … just don’t get trigger-happy with AI.
Your E2 at 56 in the first phase proves your body handles estrogen well.
Run the AI only if symptoms show up.
Daily injections = perfect.
I’m doing it now for the first time too and loving it … blood markers stay more stable during the blast. I’ll check labs post-blast, but so far I can already feel the difference.
This is 100% the best way IMO to run Ment and DHB.
So yeah… your plan is solid brother …just respect Ment … It’s powerful and unpredictable until you’ve personally run it.
Keep updating, brother. I’m really curious to see how your body responds to that Ment + DHB combo.
And if your bloods stay as clean as they were in phase one…
you might be heading into your craziest growth phase yet.

I definitely keep health at the top of the list and do not try to free ball cycles. I put some effort into researching the compounds and your response justifies my cycle layout. I definitely will keep a close eye on the markers. I don’t want to rely on the AI which is why i also thought it was a good idea to incorporate the bold cyp. I feel I am a little bit of a hypo responder so I have some room to work with, but Ment is no joke and that’s why I’m starting light to see how it goes.
Excited for the DHB and ment. My diet and training is fully in check and ready for this next phase. Bloods will be checked in another 6 weeks and I will definitely be updating on the progress.
