So this is for a buddy not me. He recently started using the last batch of test e 300. I’m not sure if he’s allergic to the carrier oil or what, but his last 4-5 injections have resulted in painful swelling and the fluid migrating almost like the muscle isn’t absorbing it. Anyone else run into this issue?
Rarely post and don't wish to offend anyone, but I received and started test e 300 about 5 weeks ago, 1 ml produced unuseually bad pip with swelling in my glute, the fluid migrated from injection site and pooled up against my sacrum appearing to be an abscess for several weeks.....tried again and pinned the tensor fasciae latae muscle as Ive done for years and the fluid migrated down my IT Band and vastus lateralis taking several weeks to dissipate....
The latest TestE HPLC report was around 424 mg/ml. No clarification on whether that was for the TestE 300 or TestE400. That’s definitely a high enough concentration to cause PIP. Could try to dilute it to a more tolerable concentration using sterile oil.
Bro, where did you see the latest report? I bought four vials to try on November 6th, but it says they'll arrive on Monday. I just want to check before injecting one. In that case, could you share the batch number with me? Or does anyone know what batch it is? I'll show you the batch number when mine arrives on Monday. In that case, what can I do? Should I inject less? P.S.: I don't have sterile oil. How do I get that? Hahaha
Check under the HPLC reports tab on the site. The report didn’t provide a batch number, so without clarification from Key it’s just a guess as to what batch. With everything going on their priority is getting the orders out, so I doubt asking the guys on Telegram will get you a timely response.
It’s still gonna be the same concentration regardless of how much you inject, but I’ve heard anecdotal stories about how reducing the volume of high concentration oil can help with PIP. It doesn’t for me. Some people don’t have a problem with high concentration gear, it’s really individual. Assuming these PIP stories are just due to a high concentration and not some other impurities, you may find it’s fine.
I found it, the report is from September. Damn, I'll give the first injection on Monday when I get it. I'll share the batch number and how it affects me. I was using subcutaneous doses of TRT, but I'll inject 1/2 cm into my gluteus just to see if it's true before administering it subcutaneously.

See I just came off using the test 300 for a whole cycle and had no pain at all, different batch though but yeah my buddy is not having a good time and I feel bad because I’m the one that brought him over here haha.
I wish I would have saw the report before ordering. For me overdosed is just as bad as underdosed. I'll try daily injections to see if that helps. maybe a smaller amount each day won't be as bad.
