I do think you could achieve all the gains youre gonna get from just running test. Im a big advocate of less is more. You really dont need all that sht and it was probably a waste imho.

Youre not competing tho, right? Most of us are probably just being hard on ya bc of health reasons man. Alot of us were careless, abusing shit since late teens/early 20s. Dealing with health issues 10/20 yrs down the road. Do you want to be able to run cycles well into your 50s/60s and beyond? Im 40. Even a small cycle will fck my lab results up. I have to be really careful what I run. Im gonna die from complication resulting from steroid abuse, I know it. You can use them safely. Im the poster boy of what not to do. I hope I can influence somebody writing this. Im not speaking just to you. Im hoping other guys read this and take this sht serious. I can tell you for certain, I didnt need to run the amount of gear i did. I could have been happy just running 500mg of test a week for 2 cycles a year. The cycles young guys run today are wild. It wouldnt be wild if you were competing/doing if for money but just seeing young guys running these massive dosages for vanity alone... its just really unnecessary for your health imho. Its fun but... its rare people cut their doses back, usually people move up in doses. If youre running this much now, do you plan on cutting back in future cycles? You gonna use less compounds and smaller doses? Doubtful. Ask yourself why? Is it just to post progress pics on social media, gets some pussy and boost some confidence? If thats it, I promise you dont need that much. I challenge you to run a simple test cycle next time. See if you dont get all the same benefits you do running all the shit you are ie the confidence boost and size gains. Youll be happy to still have your health when your 40. Guys like the rock, who end up having to come off/shrinking down... those are the lucky ones that make it out alive.

Great response. Im completely new to this game. Starting my first ever cycle on 250 test and 10mg Var. Taking your advice and starting super low and just trying to get the absolute most out of the absolute least. Im doing it purely for vanity and because I love the gym. I dont want to be a mass monster. I bench 275 as a natural at 170 pounds. Just hoping to put on some more size and eventually reach a 405 bench lol. OP, you look jacked brother.
