+ 4 TRT / Cruise Labs

ad

Update – Current Cruise / Labs / Setup
• TRT / Cruise: 150 mg weekly (25 mg daily SubQ)
• Gear: USRoids 250 TC + HCG
• Peptides: OSGear Ultima IPA/CJC
• SHBG: stays low (11–14) depending on the week/dose
• Drawn: 24 hrs post-injection on ED schedule

Latest Labs:
• Total T: 1111 ng/dL
• Free T: 31.8 ng/dL (≈2.9%)
• E2 (sensitive): 76 pg/mL
• HCT: 48%
• Lipids: LDL 128 / HDL 40 / Trig 143
• Glucose: 103 mg/dL - had caffeine before my labs wasn’t thinking - other than that I was fasted. My normal glucose is usually 75-85 in the morning before caffeine

Notes:
Low SHBG means I get high free T pretty easily, and my E2 climbs right along with it. I don’t start feeling any sides until E2 gets up around 150 pg/mL, so 70–80 isn’t an issue for me.

Daily or EOD injections work best with my SHBG — anything less frequent and I start noticing more swings. Feeling great overall: energy, mood, libido, and recovery all dialed in.

My lipids are a little off right now — been experimenting with my diet the last few months after getting bored with the classic eggs/chicken/rice/oatmeal lineup. Normally they sit around LDL ~80, HDL ~65-80, non-HDL ~100.

Appreciate the solid products and support:
@keytech thanks bro
@Osgear appreciate it

Curious how other low-SHBG guys are managing their E2 balance — what’s worked best for you?

Test level is spot on. Right around where I am on 150mg of pharm grade test ew. Free test is great too. I might have to try daily subq dosing. Do you draw with the slin pin or back fill it?

Loweing tris and LDL is easy. 1200mg red yeast rice twice a day. Specifically the cholestene brand. 20mg of policansol once a day and 20mg of coq10 once ed, I get the Swanson brand from the same place that sells cholestene. You should already be taking fish oil.

Increasing HDL is a lot harder. Niacin is one of the very few drugs that has been shown to do so. It’s raise mind some. Ideally 500mg twice a day, the flush kind. And cardio. Higher intensity cardio.

I eat way too much red meat, I’m just not a huge fan of chicken of most lean meats, but last set of labs my total was 118, tris were 83, LDL 71, and HDL was 30. Which is low for HDL but my ratio was a 2.4. You don’t need as much HDL to clear the LDL when your LDL is low. So get your LDL down and maintain your 40 HDL and your ratio will get lower under 3.5 is really good.

Appreciate all that info, man really solid breakdown.

Yeah, I’ve found that 140-160 mg of test lands me around 1000-1200 ng/dL, and my numbers are almost identical to pharma grade. Free T always looks great with my low SHBG.

I actually draw and inject with a 27g .5” keeps it simple and painless. Been doing daily SubQ for about a year now and it’s been super smooth with no peaks or dips at all. When I need to skip a day for work or travel, I don’t really notice.

Already taking fish oil and CoQ10 daily, but I’m definitely going to add the red yeast rice and policosanol like you mentioned. That combo sounds solid for tightening up the lipids.

I’ve been eating a lot more red meat lately just out of convenience honestly got burned out on the usual egg whites, chicken, rice, and oatmeal grind after years of it. Probably explains part of the bump in LDL. I also laid off the hard cardio for the summer — just been rowing at 110–130 bpm, 3–4x a week for 40–50 minutes. Going to clean that up a bit and add your stack to bring things back down.

Totally agree — raising HDL is the real challenge. I’ll give niacin a read (don’t know much about it yet) and definitely ramp up the cardio to see what that does over the next couple months.

Appreciate you taking the time to lay it out, bro. Good stuff.
