Bro that’s actually interesting, because I had big boys before all the gear, and after years on cycles they just settled into a more normal size. They definitely shrank a bit, but not in a “raisins lost in the desert” type way … still look proportional… and as far as function, I think they still work.
To be honest, I’m gonna run a semen analysis just to see if I’m shooting blanks or if there’s still an army in there. I know guys blasting crazy doses for years who still got their wives pregnant mid-prep … so there’s definitely a big individual variability with LH receptors, Leydig cell sensitivity, etc.
So yeah, for me HCG never felt necessary … but your approach makes sense if you’re trying to keep them full and comfortable post-vasectomy. Different bodies, different responses.

I never had big low hangers but even just cruising on test they get small and the sack stays tight. HCG completely changed that for me.
