Hey fellas. I’ve been busy and haven’t posted much recently but still been getting after it in the gym and working on tightening up the diet some. Been focusing on legs after neglecting them some. Looking forward to hopefully putting on a little size over the winter

And yes, he’s been really pushing me in the gym and is fun to lift with. Absolute beast. Kinda funny story how we met, he was the listing agent for an apartment building I was considering buying. He was showing me one of the occupied units and opened up a cupboard and the guys gear stash was just sitting there. We both just stared at it for a second and then I said, “well, this guy seems pretty cool.” He laughed and asked what my stack was and by the time I left we had plans to lift together. Didn’t buy the building but we’ve been hanging out ever since.

I’m more like total asset management. We don’t do much with real estate outside of investment trusts but I’m trying to find a way to use it as a tax break via an accelerated depreciation schedule. Decided to go with something simpler so I’m going to do the same thing myself with a house that has an attached unit. Sounds boring but it’s actually cool to learn about this stuff and try make it work.
I bet real estate pre-2008 was a total blast. Hope you didn’t get hit too bad

Curious, what’s the game plan for this bulk? What compounds are you thinking of running this time?
Aren’t you running a cycle with dhb right now? How are you liking it?
My man, I’m in week 4 now, planning to stretch this run to about 14 weeks.
Current stack: Test E, DHB, Mast E, and I added NPP in week 3. I’m still adjusting doses, currently at 500mg of DHB weekly, and I won’t go any higher. (imho there’s no need for that)
I’ve got to say … I’m absolutely in love with this compound.
Even though it’s still early, I’m noticing clear changes: better conditioning, fuller muscle bellies, noticeable increase in strength and pump, and vascularity basically 24/7. Endurance is up too, which surprised me for just four weeks in.
Visually, I already see a leaner and denser look … might sound early, but there’s zero water retention so far.
Obviously, when it comes to muscle gain, that’ll all depend on diet. With a decent surplus, I can easily see this compound adding dry, quality size. (Would be great for your bulking phase then) I see DHB Like a joker card…
One thing I did notice: I feel a slight increase in body heat and very mild night sweats on my high-carb days (I’m carb cycling). Could just be a personal reaction, but I’ve heard a few others mention the same.
So…Overall is an amazing compound.
No noticeable increase in blood pressure so far, but to be fair, I’m on my usual BP support year-round (Nebivolol + Telmisartan + Cialis), so it’s hard to say how it’d behave without that. Still, I’ve seen others report elevated BP with DHB, so if you’re prone to it, definitely keep an eye on that.
I’ll be doing full bloodwork around weeks 7–8 to check RBC, hematocrit, lipids, and liver/kidney markers.
We’ll see how it all looks by then.
So far I’m feeling great … strong, focused, sharp mood, and just efficient.
Can’t wait to see how it progresses over the next few weeks. DHB might actually be one of those “hidden gems” people sleep on for no reason. Ohhhhh yep…The whole PIP thing is what everyone’s running from. Honestly, I’ve been pinning daily with zero pip … but that’s one of those things that really comes down to individual response, in my opinion.
Guys like y’all make me so jealous. I can’t even look at a vial of DHB without my blood turning into syrup. I am also one of the guys that has to dump occasionally even on TRT so also could just be a sensitivity to androgens in general. Never have been able to tolerate it and still avoid both EQ & DHB for the similar reasons.
I feel you, brother. Honestly, I think you can get damn close to EQ-type gains just by pushing Primo higher .. only downside is your wallet will cry, lol. You’ll still get that clean, lean growth. Just watch E2, Primo nukes it when high for most people you know it bro…so maybe pulse a little Test P or TNE bump or Dbol 4–5 days if it tanks …. won’t wreck your RBC imho..
I’ve been eyeing that 600–700 Primo / 300 Test setup myself(not for now) … just thinking aloud here, since everyone’s been hyped on that high-DHT, low-Test wave lately.( Dr masteron lol )

Never that exact combo, but I’ve experimented with similar ratios- I think I made a post about it actually. As primo doesn’t have any major sides to me even when considering estro. I decided to try to throw in low dose primo while on cruise/TRT to maintain after my injury. Was using ~120 test/200 primo and didn’t have anything negative on bloods.
I am rather lucky in that primo doesn’t do anything too drastic to my estro, and from what I’ve seen and heard from others that isn’t usually the case so definitely keep yourself in mind.

Oh man I completely agree. There is so much synthesis promotion I believe in the long term and I truly think it contributed to my recovery. I think you can substitute in more risky things like EQ for results, but it’s all about your goals and risk profile you’re willing to take over a certain time period.
Primo has always been extremely easy on my system even in extreme dosages.
I’ve considered this as well but I already have to run test 2:1 with primo to keep it double digit. I think it might work with mast but mast just isn’t all that anabolic for me so I’d rather stick to higher test. Low tedt, high dhb is ironically the one combo that I can actually run without crashing e2 and still get good results so I will probably end up experimenting with it more going forward. I do envy the guys that can run 250 test 800 primo. Seems like a really clean blast
Exactly, bro. Mast definitely makes you look sharper, but it doesn’t really move the needle much in terms of true anabolism, at least in my experience. Dr. Todd Lee swears it’s “just as anabolic” as Primo from his own use … I’m still not convinced though…
I ran dhb at 500 with test at 400 or so last year. My favorite cycle so far. Everything you said is 100% my experience and I never got bad pip like some have reported. BP did creep up the last couple weeks but my e2 was also a bit high so I think that was at least not helping. I think it is absolutely a hidden gem in that it gives a great look, good size gains and decent strength gains all while keeping you feeling good and ready to train (or at least it does for me). Excited to see your results in ten weeks
Appreciate it, pretty sure the last pics I posted I was at max bloat lol. Game plan is to keep it slow and lean. I almost always go too hard and end up fat as shit at the end. I’m trying to avoid that at all costs this time. I’d like to bring my chest and shoulders up specifically, they always seem to lag pretty hard.
As far as compounds, I’m thinking maybe test, npp and mast. I have some bold cyp and dhb in the stash that I’ve been wanting to get into so I might go test cyp, dhb cyp, bold cyp instead. Haven’t really decided, probably won’t start seriously for a bit as I plan on cruising for a while and staying lean in a healthy phase for a bit.

Honestly, if you throw DHB and Mast into the mix, you’ll have one hell of a synergy.
EQ and Mast together can crash E2 pretty hard IMHO, while DHB doesn’t have that same AI-like effect, so it’s a safer balance.
If you’re chasing lean size, adding a little NPP or Deca with a clean 200–400 kcal surplus would be perfect … slow, steady growth with quality tissue. Just give it time and let it build naturally; you’ll grow dry and dense as hell.
And I think you’re doing the right thing…cruising, recovering, then getting back into the fun once everything’s dialed in.
I did an 8-week recovery cruise myself before hopping into this current blast, and it made a huge difference in how I’m responding.
You’ve got this, brother man. Your physique’s clearly improving … just focus on those lagging points and the rest will follow. Can’t wait to see your next updates.
I really appreciate the kind words and inspiration. I do think I’ll end up running basically your cycle next time. I’ve been running higher test cycles with eq and primo, which I have enjoyed, but managing e2 can be a little annoying.
I feel like aside from the health benefits, sometimes I need to cruise just to relax a bit and get my head back in the game. As much as I’d like to grind constantly it burns me out a little. For me a cruise is when I get to enjoy the fruits of my labors before the next big push.
