I mainly ran 2 pumps but there was days I would only do one cause I would forget or get to busy, try one pump a day and up the dose as needed.
When you pumped the cream out, how much came out in your opinion?I pumped mine like twelve times and barely anything came out
Those were most likely “priming” pumps getting the meds in the system.
You should notice more uniform amounts once it gets going.
I have the most success applying creams to large areas that are covered by clothing.
Thighs, upper arms, chest, abdominals, etc.

@Legion of doom i did some research since I was hitting dead ends and iff im correct then that cream should bee 200mg of test per gram of cream.

I just looked up the common stuff and went from there, testosterone gel 1% at 120g net weight is 10mg per gram. 10x20 makes 200
