+ 5 First cycle after 6 years of natural lifting went crazy
Yo guys I'm 29,
Been lifting for 7 years the first 6 were all natural. I hit a massive wall last year that I just couldn't break through for the life of me, and my motivation was tanking.
So i decided to hop on my first cycle this year. Kept it super basic: 12 weeks of Test Cypionate at 500mg/week. I split it into two shots, so 250mg on Monday and 250mg on Thursday, to keep my blood levels from being all over the place.
As for sides, nothing too crazy. I did get a little puffy and bloated around week 4, so I started a low dose of Arimidex (0.5mg twice a week) and that cleared it right up. Also got some oily skin and a few zits on my shoulders, but that was pretty much it. Oh yeah, and my sex drive went through the roof, so my girlfriend wasn't complaining lol.
The strength explosion was legit. My lifts went from being stuck for ages to my current PRs:
Squat: 255kg
Bench: 175kg
Deadlift: 290kg
Ran a proper PCT with Nolvadex for 4 weeks after I was done and feel like I've kept most of the strength. It's like all the hard work from my natty years finally had gas poured on the fire.

LiftedGhostNice work, bro -- sounds like you ran it really smart for a first cycle — simple, clean, and controlled. Those PRs are solid, especially that deadlift. Good call on the Arimidex too; most guys wait too long to manage sides. Glad to hear the PCT went smooth and you held on to the gains ----

Anabolic_FreakAppreciate it man! It was a crazy ride. I was about 107kg when I started and blew up to 119kg by the end. Leaned out a bit after and sitting at 115kg now. Eating like a horse the whole time definitely helped
@Greg Are these 2 accounts independant of each other?
Can't help but notice they both trained natty for 6 years then got on a cycle in the 7th and sound very alike.
