2 If the post office lost your order and it hasn't moved in 3 weeks we will offer a reship at 50% of the original cost.
3 If the package does not get scanned ever and there is no way for us to prove we shipped it then we will replace it for free.

Well, you’re selling Mast E and your most recent Janoshik report on that Mast E is from 7 months ago. Are you saying from Feb 2025 to Sept 2025 you had no new batches made and tested? I’m sure between Feb 2025 and Sept 2025 there were new batches made and tested. Where is the most current Lab report? So, if I buy a vial of Mast E, it’s from that batch, with the Janoshik lab report from 7 months ago? lol. You have that much inventory of MastE that’s was tested from that batch? Come on man????? Where are the updated labs ? Ya, had to get new product between then and now. You want to come on here and sell product with a lab report that’s 7 months old, then answer my question with a question?
