Recomposition and working out, I started using Testosterone Cypio and Enanthate for 6 weeks, 250 mg of each per week. I've seen an increase in strength and muscle. I placed an order and will increase the dose to at least 750 mg. I will combine it with an androgenic steroid like Boldenone. I don't use a high dose because I prioritize training and nutrition. I like to go from less to more. I will update the photos with the improvements.

Keep the doses between 500, your body won’t probably need anything else than that. It’s good that you keep youe nutrition and training together as priorities. That makes you go beyond any limits

When I bumped up from 500mg to 700+ I can honestly say I didn't really see or feel any different. If ther ewas a difference it was so minimal I didn't see it. So for me personally I stick to 400-500mg.
Of course, many users you have told me the same thing. I will continue with the dosage and,I above all, prioritize training and nutrition.
You don’t use high doses except the 750mg of test plus boldenone lol. Besides that no high doses.
Bodybuilder logic: I’m getting great results from 500mg a week so 750mg plus another steroid must be even better. Most of us are guilty of thinking like that.

If you're right, I think the psychological part plays a big role. I've done previous cycles and I haven't exceeded 500 mg. I'll continue like this, apart from the fact that this sport requires time and consistency.
Psychological factor plays a big role, we usually think that if we push the envelope more and more it’s going to be better for us but imo we don’t see a big experience other than side effects in most of the cases
For sure dude. I have to hold myself back from doing the same damn thing. If you’re going to add EQ I’d keep your test at 500. No reason to raise it imo.
But ya you’re right, time and consistency is what it’s all about in this game. Not a single cycle. If we were all smart and capable of restraint, we’d keep running just 500mg of test until it stops producing gains. That’s the healthiest way to approach this. But most of us want to branch out and experiment with different compounds and higher doses. I’ve been there.
Just curious on your reason using test C&E together? 750 mg a week isn't a high dose?
I think I'll go back to what works for me, 500 mg weekly. Sometimes you think that a higher dose helps, but in reality it's time for the muscle to mature. My mind failed me.
It definitely is a high dose.
