We would like to inform everyone that this was a new product we had recently launched, and unfortunately there was a human error involved. It was the very first time such an issue occurred, and only a small quantity was sold. The few customers who purchased it have already been taken care of promptly. We always stand by our products and our customers, and our goal is to keep improving every day. We truly appreciate the trust and support from this community, and we hope we can put an end to further discussions here and move forward with only good things ahead.
SO you are saying that your lab tests on website are bullshit? Dont you all test every batch? what is the point of putting up a lab test if they are new tests are done with each batch? SO if you all get busted it's "my bad"?
So is this the new take on it now then - IF when caught selling faked or heavily underdosed gear, hold your hands up and say 'Sorry', Blame the machinery/manufacturing process/machine calibration (Delete as applicable) then say it was pulled and then everyone is fine with it?

Every single time i have seen a card get pulled this is the response. I wonder if the bright idea of taking full accountability and making it right crossed their minds. What that would do for word of mouth reputation and future sales. It would be a massive increase in output. Its a very simple concept you take a smaller margin have great reputation and move way more units.

We truly appreciate everyone’s feedback and support. Just to clarify, this situation was related to only one product that unfortunately went sideways. The very same day the customer reached out, and we immediately offered him other products of the same value, and we immediately took care of it without any hesitation.
As mentioned earlier, we have already stopped that lot, informed the factory, and a new batch is on the way. We are also working on updated test reports which will be shared for full transparency.
This case has already been taken care of, and we want to assure all our customers that our commitment to quality and integrity remains our top priority.

Have you used their reta before? The first vial I got was fire and the second feels very different. I'm still dropping weight but I got a whole different set of sides I wasn't expecting.

You guys should have picked up on this when you sent it out for testing, right? Makes ya wonder if it was even tested. Apparently someone fck’d up

Why was it even being sold in the first place? It tells me that you are selling items before even rating them. If the purchaser never had that tested and posted here, you would have kept on selling it
OUCH!! Seems like a huge quality control issue. How was that batch even allowed to leave the manufacturer?? Your EQ is extremely under-dosed too. It’s suppose to be 200 mg/ml and it tested as 160mg/ml. That’s 40 mg under dosed.
That’s great and all but are you going to refund people that purchased the under dosed product.
As a long-time YMS customer, I really appreciate the quick response and the transparency. Owning up to the issue and taking immediate action to maintain quality control shows a lot about your integrity. Thanks for keeping us informed it really means a lot.
What else are they going to do? It’s called damage control. If this individual never posted this, it would have been business as usual and they would have kept selling g it. It also shows the items are being g put up for sale even before a test is completed

I JUST ordered a bunch of EQ and Test Prop (lol) from them...fuck. I'm probably fine because well...test p and eq, but still the anxiety...fuck

anvilThat's what I though until I sent some Test P200 that I was laughed at for sending because who under doses Prop..Well it was Test Prop dosed at 117mg. They claimed it was a labeling issue, like they labeled the wrong batch 200mg but cmon.
I doubt most of these sources are intentionally underdosing product. They just don’t test their raws. So they have no clue it’s underdosed. They’re trusting their sneaky Chinese raw supplier who tells them it’s 98% pure.
That’s actually a very real possibility. Most of these sources only care about profit and leave all the responsibility to their Chinese suppliers. We all know the margins in this game are insanely high, which makes it even stranger that so many choose to neglect proper quality control just to squeeze a little more money. It might work short-term, but in the long run, it’s the beginning of the end for any source that sacrifices trust and consistency in this business.
Exactly, there just isn’t enough extra money to be made under dosing it to be worthwhile. Especially given the very real risk of getting caught and losing most of your customers.
Raws are dirt cheap, it cost them a few bucks for for a 10ml vial that they then sell for $$50-100. It makes no seems to underdose it and make an extra $2 and risk going out of business.
What they should all be doing is sending out each batch of raws for testing. Then they’ll know this batch of raws is only say 70% of what it’s supposed to be and they can adjust the amount accordingly when brewing the gear. And also keep their suppliers honest. But most don’t. That takes extra time and cost money. So they take their suppliers word for it and only find out it’s underdosed when one of us does blood tests or send a sample to a lab for analysis.

They always have an answer for everything. In this case, they stoned cold busted. If you look at their website, there is t even a Jano test for it. Hmmm I wonder why. That Primo came from the manufacturer under-dosed and not even tested by QC. YMS put it up for sale without even testing it.

EXACTLY - Its worth the risk for them. Then if caught, Apologise - Blame the Machines & The T1000's and move on .....
Absolutely!! Why wasn’t it caught by quality control from the manufacturer ( if there is such a thing) Why wasn’t it tested before it was even offered for sale? Are they putting these items up for sale before even testing? How was even allowed to leave the manufacturer like this?
