So many of your lab reports are from 3-4 years ago. Why no up to date lab reports???
@HRDGAINR32, the lab reports provide a reliable baseline for our products' quality. Testing every batch is prohibitively expensive, but we're confident in our suppliers' consistency. If you have concerns about any specific product, you can send it for independent testing at our expense - we'll cover the cost of the analysis.
If I buy 10 items from you, you’re gonna pay to have them all tested? I know you can’t test every item in each batch, but you can randomly select 20 ( depending how large each batch is) items from each batch and send them out for testing.
I owned an O’ring business. We made 100’s in an order. We couldn’t test everything O’ring but we’d pick a percentage from each batch and test them. Same concept. I see many re-sellers offer the same “we will pay for the testing” because they know 99% of the people purchasing these items aren’t going to take them up on the offer. The fact that you’re not gonna test and put profit over safety tells me all I need to know.
Independent testing means that you would send it for testing yourself, not us - otherwise how can the results be unbiased? We would cover the cost, but you would select the well-known lab and handle the submission process.
This approach ensures complete transparency and eliminates any concern about manipulated results. You choose which products to test, which laboratory to use (SIMEC, CHEMTOX, or JANOSHIK etc.), and you receive the results directly. We simply reimburse you for the testing costs and replace the product once the results are available.
Regarding batch testing, we do perform quality control sampling similar to what you described with your O-ring business. Our manufacturers test representative samples from each production run. However, these are internal quality controls rather than the independent third-party tests we publish.
Our offer isn't about avoiding testing or putting profit over safety - it's actually the opposite. We're willing to pay for individual customers to verify their specific products through labs of their choosing, which is far more expensive than batch testing but provides personalized verification.

With the end of the de minimus customs limit, are you anticipating any international shipping issues or delays to the USA?
With the end of the de minimis customs limit, it doesn't change much for us in terms of processing. Packages have still been declared before. Delays will likely occur at the beginning as customs adapts to the new procedures, but as previously happened with similar changes, the situation will stabilize after the initial adjustment period.
