Back on the Grind - TRT + Discipline

After a stretch of inconsistency, I’m finally locked back in. Training 5 days a week, diet is dialed in—keeping it clean and fueling performance. Cardio game is back too, running regularly and feeling the difference.

Currently cruising on 300mg/week of a testosterone blend. Energy, strength, and focus are climbing back to where they should be. Recovery is faster, and my motivation is locked.

Feels good to be back in the groove. This isn’t a restart—it’s a return to form. Let’s keep pushing.

Yeah! I love the eating part of it now. Been experimenting with different ways of cooking. Mainly been carb cycling though - doing lows till I hit legs or back. Sometimes even though I’m not planning to compete I love to suffer and I’ll push my low days till I see myself coming to be flat haha then I’ll have a high carb day followed with legs’ it’s usually sushi so somewhat clean.
Coming from being fat I never thought I’d have abs haha but thank god for food and being able to train our bodies to do what they’re not used to doing
