+ 2 15 month transformation
Just hit my 15 month mark! I’ve made incredible gains and can’t wait for the 2 year mark. I wanted to share some pictures to help motivate people. I’ve had a hell of a journey and will try to summarize my process as best as possible.
385 lbs may 2024 —> 209 lbs July 2025
Month 1-3. Started off taking ozempic and walking for the first 6 months. Made sure I was in a calorie deficit. The pounds shedded. Didn’t do much of anything crazy, just walked and moved and ate in a deficit.
Month 3-8. Went on TRT at 200 mg a week. Really honed in on macros. Ramped up my semaglutide use to almost the max dose. Counted calories, went full carnivore/keto. Ate barely any carbs and was probably in ketosis the entire time. Made sure I hit my 10k steps a day PLUS 30-60 minutes of cardio at least 5 times a week.
Month 8-14. Switched to tirzepatide at 5mg a week and started taking 2-4 IUs of GH a day. Started lifting weights on top of my 10k steps and 30-60 minutes of cardio a day.
Month 12-14 - last 90 days have been the biggest change. Stopped the ketosis and pumped carbs into my diet. The gym was starting to be a struggle without them. I’ve added in l-carnitine. I’ve swapped to 2-3 mg retatrutide. I’ve ramped up my Test dose to 300. I’ve added in masteron at 100mg, EQ at 200 mg. And dabbled with 20mg a day anavar for about 6-8 weeks.
Month 15. Im going into month 15 now and back down to TRT levels of test. 2 IU of GH. 3mg of retatrutide. Some L-carnitine. I’m going to let myself cut a bit more and let me body rest from the first cycle I ran. After a couple months, I’ll probably go into a bulking cycle for my second one. Thinking of adding in some NPP and Primo. I want to bulk up and try to put on some solid mass by Xmas, however there is a psychological factor at play. My whole life, especially the last 15 months have been me focusing on recoup and eating in a deficit. A surplus’s was evil in my eyes, so making that change is going to be really really hard mentally. I didn’t realize how much work this would be mentally and emotionally. The physical stuff is easy, it’s the mental warfare and body dysmorphia that’s the real enemy. I feel like I’ll always be the fat guy that everyone looks at and makes fun of. My goal is to be able to walk around with my shirt off and give 0 f*cks. Hoping to get there one day bois.
I hope this helps at least one person. If my fat lazy butt can do it, anyone can!
