I used to b weight 350. Consistently lifted but ate like shit And drank allot. I’ve been cutting for over a year. I consumed 1900 calories for a long time then I upped them 2500 . Did a skin fold test at the gym and the trainer determined I was 12-13% bf. Did an inbody scan And that said 18%. Trainer said inbody was bullshit. What do yens think?

Closer to 18% but a hell of a diff from 350. Coming from where u came 18 is a big achievement. IMO

Gonna be difficult with the loose skin you will naturally have from such extreme weight loss. Visually I’d say you’re closer to the 18%. If you can swing it get a Dexa scan and then you’ll know.
Respect the will power and discipline to do that for a solid year.
I’ll upload a better picture once I get home, my thighs are pretty vascular, and I see striations on my delts and veins on my my flanks/obliques. I’m a shitty photographer.
Gotcha like I said it’ll be difficult. Inbody or electrical impedance devices do suck too.
