+ 10 TD: YMS - The McDonald’s of Domestic Gear

ad

Just a little TD my guys…

Paid on a Monday. On my doormat by Wednesday. That’s YMS for you. Fastest domestic in the game, and I’ve been a customer for over 2 years now. Always reliable, always smooth. These guys are fast food efficient, but with fine dining quality zero BS, just results.

I Ordered:
• 1x Halo
• 1x Pharma-grade T3
• 1x SLU-PP-332

The Plan is…
• Halo: Saving this one for the final 3 weeks of the blast. Low dose, just enough for that extra punch in training … dryness, hardness, grit. Might keep it low since I’m already stacking a few orals, but let’s see how it unfolds.
• T3: Been running 50mcg and realized I was running short. Ordered another to taper down post-blast (50 > 37.5 > 25 > 12.5 mcg) while easing into reverse dieting. Bloods are scheduled, so we’ll see how the markers behave.
• SLU-PP-332: First run ever. Planning to use this into the recovery and lean gain phases. Hoping it’ll help keep mitochondrial function and metabolic rate firing while I keep lean and adding clean tissue. Starting(today) with 250mcg AM/PM, working toward 1000mcg daily split AM/PM (shoutout @anvil for the guidance). Might stack in methylene blue later for extra synergy.

It’s a small drop, but I’m pumped to have these in rotation. YMS stays winning … fast, clean, no drama.

I’ve never tapered T3. I personally don’t feel it’s necessary. You’re suppressed with whatever you take anyways. I just drop it and take a thyroid support supplement with iodine for about 2 weeks. But I also don’t go over 50mcg nor take it very long.

Pandateston's picture

I get your point, and yeah … T3 will suppress endogenous thyroid production even at lower doses like 25–50mcg. But here’s why tapering can matter, especially for some users which I include myself in…
When you stop cold turkey, your TSH may stay suppressed for a short period, and your natural T3/T4 production doesn’t instantly rebound … this creates a temporary “hypothyroid” window. For some, that means fatigue, brain fog, water retention, or even fat gain. The body needs a few days to weeks to upregulate TSH and normalize hormone levels, and tapering can help minimize that gap.
The thyroid doesn’t shut down permanently, but depending on the duration of use(over 4 weeks already) individual sensitivity(I know how my system works), and total suppression, tapering down (say, 25mcg > 12.5mcg > off) helps ease the transition and reduce rebound side effects.

Also … even though iodine and support supps can help, they won’t instantly reactivate endogenous production if TSH is still suppressed.

So no, it’s not always necessary(you got a point) especially for short runs or mild doses … but from both science and user feedback in the PED lifestyle world, tapering can definitely smooth the ride back to baseline. But this is me(but I know some people cold turkey it without any issues, everyone is different so, it’s all good)…Just my 2cents from personal experience and the trenches, brother.

Yup I know about the rebound. Maybe if I went to hyper (bloodwork at 50 mcg puts me right on the edge of ref range), then I’d be worried about a big crash. But I think of 50 mcg as a mild T3 dose. Some crazy people out there doing 100+. I saw some study somewhere that correlated doses above 62.5 mcg (IIRC) with higher mortality rates. Enough to scare me that’s for sure. But that’s also why I don’t touch clen. And I was asthmatic as a child with an albuterol inhaler….

But now I’m going on a tangent. Wasn’t trying to say what you’re doing is “wrong”. Just blurting out my anecdotal experience

Pandateston's picture

Absolutely, brother … I get where you’re coming from 100%. This whole game is about sharing real experiences and figuring out what works for our own bodies. For me, I started the T3 mostly because my levels dipped a bit after a long 20-week run of Tren A, plus I’m stacking it with a little GH and clen for synergy … but nothing crazy, and definitely keeping it in that “medicine, not poison” zone. You nailed it: dose makes the difference.

And yeah, clen is one of those compounds that’s definitely not for everyone, especially with your asthma history … smart call skipping it. There’s always other tools in the toolbox.

Appreciate your insight, man … this kind of back-and-forth is exactly why these forums matter. We’re all just refining the process, one cycle at a time.
