Are you using a Coach? I am not being negative with you, but just from eyeing you up and abs show at 15% . I would put you at 14%. I don't say this to dog you because I honestly admire that you are setting a goal and going all in and I wish you the best placing. I just wanted to honest without being critical.

I appreciate the feedback! Core has been the most difficult for sure. Lats have come a long way but still need improvement! Much appreciated bro

Yeah I’m using a coach. Abs are underdeveloped. Been hitting them hard to get them caught up
