This has motivated me to try to get a sleep study scheduled… I feel like I’m the poster child for sleep apnea. Thanks for that little extra push!

I’ve been able to mitigate my snoring by messing around with my pillows to get my neck perfectly straight and slightly tilted back but this only works up to a point. Over a certain weight you’re going to have issues and they will be worse, in my experience, if you gain the weight too fast. Only way I have completely eliminated snoring is to cut down until it stops and then slowly gain again until it gets bad. My old limit was 200lbs but now I’m good at 210lbs. As soon as I go over it starts up again.

Go get checked out by a doctor, brother.
What you’re describing sounds like it could be sleep apnea or some kind of respiratory restriction … and that’s not something to ignore. It’s a silent danger, especially common in guys who’ve been on PEDs long-term or have a genetic predisposition. But honestly, it can happen to anyone.

Getting a sleep study and possibly a CPAP could change your life … not just your sleep, but your recovery, energy, and even hormone balance. Don’t sleep on this (literally).

I started using a CPAP two years ago and it was absolutely life-changing. I had absolutely no clue that I had obstructive sleep apnea and his poor. It was impacting my life.

It only happens when I get over 200 pounds

Obstructive sleep apnea. When the throat relaxes and collapses on your airway. Happens to me above 230. Different than normal sleep apnea where the signals to breathe just stop momentarily.

I've had sleep apnea for years and knew but never treated until recently. Seems like while on gear it worsened but yours could just the added extra weight that usually is put on quickly.
