What doses you at or starting at for the cut??
I’m currently on 500 test 400 primo 250 deca. I am currently at 12 weeks, going to leave doses the same. I am going to reduce carbs and increase cardio for the next 10 weeks. Assess how I’m looking and adjust from there.
For cardio I use a peloton daily and simply ride until I reach 8 miles which is 30 minutes. Every 4 weeks I increase a mile.
For food I usually eat 4 meals during the day. I’ll be reducing to two meals and two protein shakes.
