20 week cutter

40yrs 280lbs 6'5 lifting for 16yrs 11 of those on gear. I always blast and cruise.
I powerlifted for a decade now that I have gone away from it I still have the powerlifter fat. So I started mid last year at 340 I'm down to 280lbs wanna hit 240-230 lowest. Curently at 18% body fat.

Low dose superdrol like 10-20mg per day jumpstarts fat burning/recomp like crazy start of a cycle
I hate clen. makes me feel like garbage and puts resting HR up atleast 10 bpm… very uncomfortable when trying to fall asleep. Pick up some tirz or Reta and that will change the game for you.
Other than that love test & mast. I plan on doing something similar this summer too

Maybe adding from start till last 6 weeks another stimulant less deleterious, caffeine and yohimbine pre workout ?!
I think if you Add Retatrutide or Tirzepatide in your regimen you can achieve more than you expect just dieting. The cardarine will give you a boost during cardio.
Why don’t save clen for the last 6 weeks ?
After that, if you still you need the last finishing….you can add a little extra stuff I mean…After running Clen for 6 weeks your adrenergic receptors will already be in down regulation, so you could add Benadryl or Ketotifen (this will give a slight restoration to the receptors) a little before this happens and then start with T3 (it will accentuate the effects of Clen and in itself accelerate and make you more conditioned) above your endogenous production, something between 30 mcg and 50 mcg per day for a last run of another 3 or 4 weeks. Remember that if you do not wean off T3 you will have a rebound. Also remember that T3 is non-selective and metabolizes muscle and fat, but with running 500mg per week should be enough to stop catabolism.
Thanks for your input. I'm running the clen 6 weeks on 4 off then 6 weeks again. But I thing I'll fallow your advice and move it to the last 6 weeks only.
You got it ! that’s why we’re here for. Cutting time is most of the times very difficult , mentally and physically exhausting. Hopefully you get a good time cutting with the best strategy possible, it’s all about trial and error. So go slow and build your way, take notes if possible and then you will adjusting accordingly for the next rides. Btw you got 10 years experience, it’s not something you can throw away. Stay strong brother.
Although I hate Clen, I’d do 2 weeks on and off at a low dose throughout the cycle.
Is that mast e or p? Either way, I’d really recommend looking into running tirz instead of clen. I haven’t run clen but it is documented to have negative health outcomes even at lowish doses. It’s just bot good to put your heart on overdrive. Tirz is kinda expensive but it works incredibly well and makes cutting effortless. I like to run 1-2mg a week just to take the edge off.
Clen is harsh af on the heart valves. Stair machine is tge way to go.
