How are you dosing the RETA its ,kicking in and I can barely eat at the moment……..
So Reta was my 1st jump into the GLP world, I am by no means over weight or have any issues with my A1C , after researching , I wanted to use it purely for burning off visceral fat , the kind that’ clings to your internal organs , Also those hard to rid areas below the button area and off to the sides… the extra benefits are a plus… now for dosing , there are so many different protocols , I wanted to use the Reta but didn’t want any appetite suppression, so decided to try something a bit different, I started micro dosing it , a lot less volume but much more frequency , so after my initial.5 mg dose. To make sure it agreed with me and I would be. Ok , the following week I then started my idea … with micro dosing I’m never taking a large dose and I feel I avoid those sides that can come from using Reta, my dosing is every other day at .5mg for now and my titrate up soon, I started on June 1st, and I’m happy with results and 0 sides … again I wasn’t starting from point of being overweight or fat, I was looking to decrease inflammation and some visceral fat… results are very good and have no appetite suppression but losing bf in those areas I mentioned before …
Same here, brother I really wanted to try the Reta for the benefits ,while being on cycle the better lipid profile cholesterol overall etc ..I saw a video recently with Marc Lobliner he’s also doing the micro dosing but I’d only .25 a day.. that’s only 1.75 mg a week!
But yeah, I agree it is definitely good for the Visceral fat lower abdominal..
That’s also what I’m targeting with it. I might try that micro dosing
you know …and see how it goes cause I can tell you like yesterday I maybe ate a meal and two shakes and that was it for the day….

Oh man yeah its tough. I had to drink my calories an protein at that point.
I run about 5mgs steady a week split over two doses for the really pure stuff. Unfortunately there's a lot of stuff out there under quality so Ill run cagri or tirz at half that dose along side it.
Ive been on for about 6 months and basically its just a maintence at this point for all the extra benefits for kidneys & sugar support.
The appetite suppression went away for me after about a month and all the stomach issues subside as you adjust but I still get heartburn and those funky burps when she's good to me.
Definitely a lot nicer for everyday living compared to sema or tirz. I think you're gonna really enjoy it after awhile. I can't think of not having it in the stash at this point.
Definitely that’s what I’ve been doing drinking my calories and doing two scoops at a time of protein shakes. I tried my wife’s Sema Felt horrible for like two days straight. Couldn’t eat anything. It said 2.5 mg a week I did 1.5 mg a week crap feeling. It’s also a compound pharmacy mixed with B12 so who knows ….
The Reta I started it only 1 mg a week based on that bad experience. It went good now I’m doing 4 mg a week split dose and I really went with it for all the benefits you know for us being on cycle your cholesterol your lipid profiles, etc looks like it’s really king for that.
I do agree with you having it in a stash. It’s actually good not looking to eat every hour and a half you know….
