+ 14 PROMO META TD 15 DAYS NO PRIMO AT ALL :(

Hey guys.
Today, we I got my package of goodies from Meta. The order was paid for and placed on March 18; it was shipped on March 20 and arrived today, April 3, 15 days later. Not too bad for an international order, I've been fortunate, I know.

Concerning the order:
A well-designed and discrete package. Shipped 2 days after order processed.

Customer service:
I'm not looking for a McDonald's, but there might be a way to answer tickets faster. Occasionally, it takes 48 hours, and by the time they do, the customer has already made another request. I mean, I get their point of view; I'm just suggesting enhancements like a chat feature on the website, email support during specific hours, or perhaps TG support. Just a recommendation.

Overall:
With all things taken into account, Meta can be considered a Solid int Src ! Although I'll be testing their products for the first time, I've received generally positive feedback and am confident in their quality; time will tell.

8 x Primo ( I wished you were here ) :(

In addition, I ordered 4 Primos (in order to receive 8), but they informed me after two days that they were sold out. I was then given a refund. They are going to send it to me shortly; I have made arrangements with them for a substitute for other compounds. So, everything is good.

I’m pretty sure my primo lover friends @anvil, @Asa, @cruznet, @Triggerman83 contributed a ton for this, love you all. lol

They say that the more orange it is, the worse the pip and the potential for coughing. I do not know. I've always preferred lighter colors (not that I had once in life refused to use any dark orange, lol) better solvents, and cooked to perfection. It's all psychological, haha, so it shouldn't make a big difference.

Bro, you have credit for all you do to help others here and there. It's only a joke. I plan to start at 4iu per day(just started I pinned yesterday)and progressively increase to 6iu daily and keep it that way, till the end of the year.

I'm not sure, but maybe Big @anvil was one of those who got their hands on Primo 150 before it vanished from stock! Who knows? haha

With the craziness I don’t blame them for making a mistake with stock and promo timing. Especially if correcting the issue instantly.

No “we will add to your next order”, back and forth, or extreme non-responsiveness.

Straight refund and/or items being swapped.

That’s great practice for an overseas SRC with these prices.

For sure ! I admit I was upset at first, but they were quick to fix it. It's not a perfect world, right? Anyway, it is critical for a business to understand how to handle situations like this. Yes, I believe that fixing things in the following order is a bad idea because the customer might never come back.
