+ 3 Age 26 current physique

ad

Hey guys, I'm quite new on here and have only run 2 smaller cycles so far. A little more than a year ago I got put on trt and it changed a huge part about how i felt and my life. It is also why i started learning more about all the compounds. Now truthfully, i’m quite introverted and just work out by myself and don't really have many friends that work out. I also live in a different country then i am originated from, so its a little harder.

Anyway, I know there are some really experienced guys on here, and was wondering if I could get your opinions about the current physique, and any small cycle tips for my physique.

Just in general: what would you do and work on right now if you had my body

Love to hear your minds, and I appreciate your time reading.

Have a good day

The muscles that are the easiest to grow quickly on a cycle and that also make you LOOK jacked are delts and chest. Hit every angle of press and do a shitload of lateral raises. Hit those muscles the hardest and you'll get visible results fast. The confidence boost from that will help motivate you to work even harder on the rest of your body. Chest & Delts!!

If I could go back in time, the #1 advice I would give myself is FOOD MATTERS MORE THAN CYCLES! Work with someone to build your diet plan and you'll start seeing real progress.

Once you got injected you never go back lol
What I always recommend to those who are curious about living this lifestyle is that it can be a path of no return. So, do a lot of research, read a lot, listen a lot, learn a lot and try out a lot. Slow and steady, that is the motto of wisdom and longevity. I know people who have left, people who are going, and people who don't care much about their health. But yes, it is possible to live the lifestyle in a sustainable way, even if it is with continuous, uninterrupted use. Remember, start slow and low and build your way up. Learn to take responsibility for all your actions. Children are not allowed in this room and everyone is responsible for their good and bad. But think carefully and reflect, and be sure that you will need to be continually checking exams not just bloodwork, adjusting your diet, ancillaries, peds, supplements and training. If you are sure of this, join the crew. If not, take your time, talk to members with more experience, you can always gain one or two insights that can clarify many of your doubts. Regarding your physique, I would do 10-12 weeks of bulking, focusing on the following groups: shoulders, chest and lats. And then I would work on stabilizing myself with this new heavier physique and consolidating it, and only then work on cutting slowly.

"Once you got injected you never go back lol"

The stars will fade, clouds will forever cover the sky, fast food vendors will discreetly spit in your hot dog, and your kids will play the banjo, drink apple juice from a bag, and never become decent human beings. Gosh buddy, that's really scary.
You say the right things, but that fucking pathos makes me nervous. :)))

Incline presses, lats and everything else everyone is mentioning. Don’t neglect anything and make everything your strength!!!

You should always be working on everything. A good solid workout split that works out your entire body and gives it enough time to rest/repair is what you want. PPL(Push, Pull, Legs) will be great for you, just lift hard and stay consistent. Only once you're to the level of a professional bodybuilder competing in a show should you be worrying about lagging body parts and so on. Honestly you're an entire decade of solid lifting and growing before you'll ever need to worry about lagging body parts. You wanna get big and look great? Train every body part, never skip legs, do your cardio and eat big for big gains. Most importantly don't be in a hurry and enjoy the ride.

But you need friends to get those serious loads….

Oh wait wrong kind of loads….sorry my bad.

The good ones can. Introvert or not, everyone needs some buddies. That's the goal here. Full circle!

Edit: I can't respond to your other comment for some reason.

My recommendation to you is, make sure that you listen to the advice of from those who are more experienced like Anvil, and be aware that this is a lifetime commitment, stay on top of your diet, bloodwork, and workout routine.

Much more info needed and it can be a big decision if you are not at a financially stable place. Diet, bloods, gear/ancillaries, supplements, etc. need to be consistent across the board to make progress and stay healthy while using.
