Might be a little late but I wanted to get in on the calf pictures, I don't do anything special just 3 sets of calf raises twice a week on leg days.

I’m more of a stand calf raise guy my self.

Just incase you didn't know though some seated calf raises will get that soleus bigger to make your lower half of your calf thicker
I'll probably add that in, my gym doesn't a seated calf raise machine so it will probably be sitting on a bench using the smith machine to do it. I usually just do standing calf raises while I'm doing squats on the smith machine. Thanks for the advice, constructive advice and criticism is always welcome.
