When I was on NPP I literally couldn't do calf raises at all. The pump from it I couldn't walk. I couldn't run. I couldn't walk on an incline. I had to stop any kind of calf exercises.

Off NPP I just throw in a quick 3 sets of 8-10 on a calf machine. Or just do a few standing calf raises inbetween my squat sets.

4 sets of 20 twice a week. Mine aren't huge but the definition between the muscles is pretty noticeable. I use that shitty squat machine where the seat is mounted on angled rail. It sucks to do squats on. But it's great for calf raises.

I tend to get my calf raises in when I am sat on the toilet in the morning, then when I get up I get some nice calf cramps whilst bent over wipin me bottom LMAO

My best genetic gift i have never worked mine out and there fucking huge lmao being 300lb helped a lot now there freaky and veiny being 200lb I hit em with 3 sets 3x a week failure heavy ass weight no more than 12 reps ever pumped too shit.

I feel calves are one of those muscles you have to have some sort of genetic insertion for.

I see guys at the gym work them and they just don't grow. Then other dudes barely work em at all and have big thick beefy calves

Its facts genetics are so important you can train you calves all you want imo they ain’t going get much bigger if there already small they get so much work daily and stimulus if there not decent and huge walking around at a decent weight don’t expect much outta them I was blessed in that aspect too say the least sucks putting on pants I can tell you that is worst part lmao.

That’s what I’m taking about jeans are a nightmare for me dude and I gotta wear them for work that’s another thing for me I get much so quad stimulus my lower body needs like nothing too get too grow I swear I do hit it with a lot of frequency tho but always progressing almost ever lift on my lower body.

I go to failure every other leg day. To be fair tho I was blessed with great calves and never had to do much to get them freaky. The best compliment I’ve ever gotten was my girl was walking behind me up some stairs and said what the fuck is wrong with your calves. Why do your muscles move like that? It looks nasty stop working them out lmao. I wear shorts year round just so people can see what the fuck is up lmao

Yea I've always had decent calves so i never really worked them out. About a month ago I started actually working them out and they've been filling in nice. Always gets the legs nice and vascular and the pump feels great.

This is me right here bro. I’ve never once worked them and they’ve always been pretty big anyway but about a month ago my wife told me that they look “so tiny” compared to my quads and hamstrings. The next day I started hitting them and I feel like they’ve grown noticeably already.
