zhaomeng0904Yes i did. I contact with them 2days after i paid my order. Because the order status shows "pending payment". They said:"the website hasn't been updated, don't worry, the order has been shipped".
A week later, I contact with them again ask for logistics information, they said they need to check. This is 24hr before.
On another forum, someone say they are selective scammer, i hope not.
I will update my order status wheather i receive it or not.
anvilI am unsure what a selective scammer is? Everyone gets their stuff or you don't. You will get your items as everyone here on this forum has. This post would be flooded with people saying they never got their stuff, that's how the forum works. You can easily search to see people have experienced the same exact issues you have to relieve your anxiety. Tracking methods differ and site can say pending for weeks, it isn't automated like amazon, a person changes it from pending to completed or shipped, and you can glean this info from this forum and I have responded many times about all of these subjects having received over 10 orders from here.

I've placed multiple orders with GD and never had a problem. The emails never have tracking . I always log into my account on his website. The order will say processing. The tracking number is usually on the order, but it's not an international number. So the number usually won't be tracked until it gets off the boat
The order has been shipped, so please don't worry about it. Tracking information is sometimes not updated in a timely manner.
