+ 4 Needles and barrels
Needles with barrels are fairly easy to find but theres also poor quality brands out there as well. B & D is a longtime favorite. Sealed, sterile and multiple sizes of barrels and needles. Then theres insulin pins too.
For needle and barrel make sure its luer lock. The push on tips have popped off on me so its a learning error. Theres also plungers with a special tip that pushes out every last drip. Whatever your choices the quality counts.
Labaider brand from amazon are dull. Bought 100 and not impressed at all.
Easy touch brand slin pins off amazon work great!
BnD or Tourumo are high quality. Others will be trial and error. I know Eroids has an ACCESSORIES section but noone posts reviews there. Gpz for example used to sell BnD and all sizes plus any slin pin needed! Now its just slin pins with good pricing but then the search for 3cc or bigger barreled setups.
I dont think its against rules to add info here as its not steroid sources or brands. Just equipment we need and being safer.
Simple google search for BnD

Trying this spot again. Lil pricey but has top brands!

Buy the 20ga or 21ga to use as the draw pin right out of the box, (if your not a masochist) buy a separate box of 25ga pin for the inject. Under $20 for 100 sets is cheap.
I got some 27g 1 inch luer lock tips 100 off Amazon the brand is careach they work good. It was 9 bucks. Then I'll use barrels a couple times but not tips.
I was thinking of trying 29g half inch slin pins cuz that would really be like nothing but idk if it'll go through. it doesn't really go through the 30g.
I started using these guy a few years ago (pre covid) prices may have increased.

I prefer a syringe/needle combo to draw and a separate needle to inject.
Not bad with their prices, about $35 for 100 pk 23 g 1.5 in 3mil. Id pay that all day.
Good addition!! I just draw and pin.
I've used only BD and the luer lock needles have been sharp and good, but the bd 1/2" 30g insulin pins seem kind of dull. But I'm drawing with them not backloading which might be my bad.
Should I pull the slin pin plunger right out and load from the ass end with a drawing needle/syringe?
Hey been using easy touch 27 half inch luer lock pretty good stuff
Do you think BD better / smoother
Bd has been long time premium brand. But easy touch is sweet as well. Id use either
Nice thanks .
My personal favourite combo is Terumo barrels (5ml Bad Boys) with BD Microfine needles. I just don't like BD barrels for some reason, I think it was the markings on the side. BD needles are defo the best for puncturing with minimal pain.
Terumo is a very high quality! It costs a lil more in some shops to buy separate barrel and needles but it can be well worth it in comfort
Nice thanks I gotta try that one next
I am sure there must be at least one other person out there that was as stupid as me when I first started using barrels and needles. I started off on the Luer Slip barrels thinking that you simply pushed the needle on tightly onto the plastic nipple and this was all that was needed to keep the needle coming off the end when injecting. Then as time went on I experienced the lovely sensation of the needle shooting off the nipple LMAO when under pressure and lodging into my leg - spraying all the oil out the barrel in the process everywhere. I then thought you 'had' to buy Luer Locks to avoid all this happening, which is fine but they are at least double the cost over here just for a simple 'screw'!! About 8 years later I finally fuckin realised that the trick is to 'turn and twist at the same time' when putting a needle on a Luer Slip barrel. If you do this properly till the needle sticks and locks (it cannot twist anymore) then it will never dart off. I have never once had a needle come off now even under heavy pressure with high mg/ml oils in there. Just a thought if you wanna save yourself a lot of money in the long run.
I accidentally got those press on needles once. And yes had it blow off with a big barrel. Eq was 7bucks a cc plus the mast at 5 plus test at 3 so an expensive error. Haha
I made that error. Wondered why it was so cheap and didnt read and got 100 slip on barrels
anvilI think everyone does this once, the first time it shoots off, you learn the lesson they are trash.
It's all about ya technique son - you're doin it wrong!
anvilFax!
Copy!
Do you not like to Slip it on the nipple mate? You prefer a good firm screw
I like to slip it in the hole. Thats why pregnant girls are perfect, its always wet 24/7
I use east coast medical supply, the 3cc syringes and lure lock needles are always sharp. I have used them for 4+ years. Lately they have been screwing up my orders, but they always send the right thing if I email them about it.
Good to see they back up their services!
Swear I can't find 27g x 1" needles on BD site.
I honestly just use whatever is on AMazon. I have only had maybe one or two needles that didn't seem sharp. But Ive wanted to try BD. (wife use to work for them) Jus tto compare.
27 x 1.5 was easy to find. Luer lock needle only. Ive bought the needle only option before and was simple to keep sterility too. Maybe this helps?

BD barrels and Easy touch slin pins are a staple. I've been using 27g careach tips from amazon for a little while now. They've been fine so far. Haven't had any dull needles or anything so far and i've been using them for several months now at least.
For sure!!
I got the same ones. In the blue Square box!! Smooth as butter. Lol
I used to use BD 3 ml and slin pins but recently switched to Easy Touch 29g insulin syringes for everything (pretty much only do daily injections now) If BD is 10/10, then the easy touch are 8/10 only because a small percentage of them are noticeably not as sharp as the others but they sell them on amazon which is obviously extremely convenient. Decent chance I’ll go back to BD when I’m done with this box, I don’t like the idea of accruing any kore scar tissue than I have to. Any of the ultra cheap chinese needles or barrels are an absolute no go for me. Got some 3 ml barrels that I just threw in the trash once and the needles are maybe 50% usable. I kept a few around for backfilling my slin pins but that’s it.
Cheap chinese and dull. Yes i feel that pain! Felt like tearing versus a smooth insertion
The funny thing is the first four or five times I used the really cheap needles they worked totally fine and then I had one where instead of slipping into the skin it just pushed it down, like poking with a pen or something. It was so dull I would have had to stab myself with it to get it in. And at the end of the day I was only saving like $10 over buying the nice ones so now they’re for drawing from the vial and popping ingrown hairs.
Oh yes! Yuuuck
For gear I use BD 25g 1inch, for GH Exel 29g 1/2inch. Those have been my go to brands for a long time.
Both are top notch
I get everything off of McKesson. They distribute human medical supplies to hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
I prefer monoject’s by cardinal as they are packaged individually and all sterile- used to use BD too.

This site? Looks like many options
Yessir! Mother is a NP so I just login in and order. Very fortunate and grateful for that!!
Headed to me now:
Pretty decent pricing there too it looks like!
Oh yeah same as any healthcare facility would pay.
Much better quality of production with American human regulated items compared to Chinese mass produced veterinary/research/for profit I’ve found. It’s beyond a rarity to get a bent needle or dulled tip now. Really like that each are individually packaged and fully sterile.
Bingo!!
