I'm up to 4.76 iu's/day at this point. Currently doing .9 ml first thing am and .8ml right before bed. Goal is 5.6iu per day which will be 1ml am & pm. I've been going up .1ml or .28 iu every few days. First in the am then in the pm. Haven't noticed any negative sides going this slowly. Starting to notice a bit of fat reduction on my lower belly even though i'm in a calorie surplus at this point. Gym recovery doesn't really seem to be any better than it was at 2.8 iu. I'm basically sore for about 24 hours after any given workout. My sleep has sucked lately. I doubt it's anything to do with the gh. I just keep waking up with a mildly damp pillow from sweating a bit. I got a small fan to blow directly on my face as of last night and there didnt seem to be any sweating but i still woke up a bunch of times.

In the next couple weeks i intend to start my next cycle. I'll be up to the 5.6 iu before that starts. I did the low amount of bac water just to limit the amount i have to actually inject daily. I haven't had any issues with the powder dissolving with this little fluid.
