Deca

ad

Hello! I am a 31 yo female. 5’7. 150. This is my 7th cycle. Started with var then switched to drol. Did 4 cycles of that and now I’m on my 2nd round of deca.

I am using 50mg a week divided in 2 injections.
I was SO happy with my results last cycle. (12 weeks first to last)

I have never used PCT and I feel like I should know that I’m using the big boys. What do you recommend? How often? For how long? Last cycle, post was really rough. I HAVE to pct this time!!! Also, any way to help hair loss?!

Wow, sounds like you’ve been making solid progress, but I hear you—PCT is super important when you’re working with the "big boys" like Deca. Here’s a rundown:

PCT Recommendations:
Timing: For Deca, you’ll want to start PCT around 2-3 weeks after your last injection. This allows the compound to clear your system enough for recovery to begin.
Options:
Clomid (Clomiphene): Common starting dose is 50mg/day for the first two weeks, then taper to 25mg/day for another two weeks. Total duration: 4 weeks.
Tamoxifen (Nolvadex): Can be stacked with Clomid. Typical dose is 20mg/day for 4-6 weeks.
Supplements: Consider adding natural T-boosters, zinc, magnesium, and adaptogens like ashwagandha to support recovery.
For Hair Loss:
DHT Blockers: Nizoral shampoo (ketoconazole) can help reduce scalp DHT levels.
Minoxidil (Rogaine): Great for promoting regrowth if you’ve noticed thinning.
Supplements: Biotin and collagen can strengthen hair. Also, consider saw palmetto as a mild natural DHT blocker.
Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT): Devices like laser combs can stimulate hair regrowth.
A Few Extra Tips:
Cycle Duration: Keep it manageable—12 weeks max is a good rule for Deca to minimize long-term suppression.
Bloodwork: Always check your hormone levels pre- and post-cycle to track recovery.
It’s great you’re planning for PCT this time; it’ll make a huge difference for your recovery and long-term health. Also, remember—there’s no shame in reaching out to a healthcare professional familiar with these compounds for advice. You’ve got this! --

PCT is to kick start natural testosterone so you obviously don’t need to PCT.
I train a few ladies and what I have them do after a light cycle is just some liver support like tudca or milk thistle.
Why are you taking gear ? Are you competitive?
If you need any help or advice hit me up happy to share my opinions and suggestions with you.

Female? Natural female, born female there is no pct. If your trans then you have a bag of issues with multiple hormones not naturally in system
