+ 4 K4L Supreme F igf results redux
Deleted the original and reposting as I missed a piece of info needed for the K4L store credit for testing. Been using this batch for about a month at the time of testing. Had to do some of my biannual blood work for my trt doc so I added this in there for my own information. The only other thing being used at the time of testing was my dr perscribed trt dose of 105 mg/week.
Ive been doing 2.6 iu ED first thing in the morning. I had been in a slight calorie deficit the entire time of 200-300/day and had been running this for just over 6 weeks at this point. My initial baseline igf level was 73 I believe. So this is really just a replacement dose. I don't seem to respond well to gh in general numbers wise. But I do get better recovery, better sleep quality, etc. I'm planning on picking up more of the supreme line when it gets restocked so I can run 5 iu on my upcoming cycle.

My igf is 293. I was gonna start up some gh but seems like I need some high doses to top that.
That's a great baseline. But there's really no way to know how much you'll need without trying and testing.
True. I’m starting 2iu Wednesday and will work my way up. We will see how it goes. I didn’t buy this shit for nothing lmao.
Granted i started way lower than you igf wise. But even at 2 iu i noticed a significant reduction in recovery time and improvement in sleep quality. I could work a muscle group until i almost couldn't move it and wake up the next morning feel like i could hit it again. Hopefully that works out for you too.
Thanks. When the tims comes I’ll post bloods, dosage and experience. How long did you wait before increasing dosage?
It def varies by individual. I started by going up .5 iu per week. When that didn't give any sides i went with 1 iu increases per week. I did get RLS in my forearms for a night or 2 before it went away. That was about the limits of what i was wiling to deal with.
Thanks for posting. So yeah you almost doubled your IGF score so I would say that's good in my opinion and for your body that's more than just a replacement dose based on your baseline score of 73. But I agree for others it can be a replacement dose. Any joint aches?
My shoulders get sore when i do heavy incline or overhead lifts. That was the case before i ever started doing GH though. I say replacement dose as it really just gets me into the middle of the reference range.
Right I figured you were referring to reference range but was going off your baseline score. Damn I thought you were in your late 20s for some odd reason but you're not. But yeah a replacement dose for you at your age no doubt. You said you'll increase dose to 5iu. I wonder what you'll score then since you said you don't respond good to GH. I'm guessing maybe 300 IGF score. Good luck
My base numbers were in the bottom 10% or so of the range for my age. I've done 6-7 iu of a different brand and that got me to 268 i believe. I'll do testing when i get my cycle bloodwork so we'll see how it turns out.
I see. My next blood test will include IGF score...I don't remember ever getting a baseline on that.
So 268ng on 7iu huh. Hope you score a bit better next blood test. Good luck my man
So long as i'm getting positive results i'm happy. It's all been non pharma stuff so the price isn't horrible. K4L is about .71/iu i think. Other vendors are even less. Numbers are cool to brag about. But results are what really matters in the end.
