This is a little update / insight from where I started first picture was about two years back worked out naturally then ran a few cycles , do have plenty of history with cycles just different lifestyle changes came about so I stopped working out entirely and didn’t have any diet but that all changed , second picture was this summer that cycle consisted of just some
Tbol and sustanon tbol ed 30’mg and sustanon 500’mg split twice per week ran that for about 12 weeks tbol for 4 weeks
Last three pictures are just an extreme bulk cycle as you can see I am retaining a lot of water I do average about 20 thousand steps almost eod on a average it’s nothing less than 10-12k but I am currently running test c at 300 mg split three times per week I did run winstrol at the beginning very low dose at 25 mg I am a hyper responder to anything that low dose of winny really impacted my strength not so much on drying anything out but my energy output was extremely intense I really ended up using it as a pre workout instead I do like winni over a lot of things but I am currently at 197 thinking of cruising at around 200’until feb then taper down to like 190-185 having a lot of fun just cruising around with lower doses of things not really sure what I want to run next I might just stick with test and either tbol or winni who knows but yeah this is the current look

You look on the taller side from proportions in the pictures and I say this with good intentions.
Focusing on quad development could dramatically improve the overall look. Hack squats with quad focus, Leg press with quad focus, Leg extensions..
Impressive transformation
I’ve been focusing more on legs i split them twice a week Wednesday would be strictly quad workouts and calves and then Saturdays is strictly hamstrings calves and glutes this is something new for the last three weeks and I am starting to see impressive growth but I’ll come back around in two months with an update . Dbol destroys me with the acne to the point it’s embarrassing to wear tanks or walk around shirtless I never tried Anadrol before but will see what goes on next . Thanks for the info bud
So does it to me to buy us a diff type of acne and it doesn't come on instantly like dbol. Adrol looks more like little dots that never get white like chicken pox where dbol is big white puss pimples.
Another good thing about winny is it body your sex drive like crazy and kinda help with estrogen sides
