Many of the fellas on here are 45+, 55 , what’s the main difference between the younger you and the current you?
Training intensity ? It still seems easy to put on mass though despite approaching 60
Intensity and going to the gym all the time. I think the last few years is the longest I’ve worked out without taking a break. And now I actually enjoy working out
