I’ve had no choice but to include the walking lunges, however they’re not as effective if you’re not in constant stride,
Vs saying in one spot and resetting. They’re a bitch at first started to get used to it though glancing my head up 90 more keeping weights from pivoting to far,

I’m not a scientist or know it all I can just feel what activates what and what movement and these and goblet squats kill my quads

Deadlifting by far,
Strapless until I can’t then I go to alternate grip, then straps come in until I’m seeing stars,
Pyramid down and hit some
Bent over rows with dumbbells for 15 reps .. five sets or so by then curling 25 and focusing on lack of speed and pump,

It’s working so far, this is without the power rack and squatting smitch machine, least favorite workout it is the the goblet squat , it’s so taxing

Yess, the eating had to stop, I got the weight up from 164 to 210lbs in 5.5 months, and not a lot of it is good, weight, I’ll settle for 195 pounds leaner
