Hip Pain
ad
Ive been having some serious L hip pain, especially 1-3 days after leg workouts. Im about to start a bulking cycle, and was curious, other than just laying off legs for a cpl weeks, if Deca can be used as a (pain) spot injection, or would this be better suited for TB 500 or BPC 157. I dont think its anything major because Ibuprofen and a sports cream (my daughter sends from the UK) helps quite a bit. Any advice is much appreciated.

You have to stretch man. I’ve been having it to but literally stretch your hips out day and night. You also need to look into groin stretches.

OpieCunninghamThe fact that just looking at some of those pics made me cringe, says I do need to stretch. Now that you mention it my hamstrings are super tights. I used to do a piriformis stretch when laying in bed watching TV, Guess I can add other stretches just to see if it helps. Think it was Jay Cutler or Dorian that used to do "towel-hamstring stretches" in bed. Basically, while lying down grasp a towel with both hands and place it on the balls of toes and do lying hamstring stretches. I know I did legs Monday and it feels like I got hit with a hammer in my hip. Thanks for the advice, I will give it a try.
We have to make it part of our daily ritual. I was naturally flexible in my 20s, as soon I entered my 40s I lost mobility and flexibility. A lot of these younger athletes have been showing me how to incorporate mobility Type movements into my daily routines. Sucks but we have no choice.
